　內政部於74年9月5日發布函示揭示：雇主如果確有調動勞工工作的必要，應依下列原則辦理： 1.基於企業經營上所必需 2.不得違反勞動契約 3.對勞工薪資及其勞動條件，未做不利之變更 4.調動後的工作，為其體能及技術所可勝任 5.調動工作地點過遠者，雇主應予以必要的協助現在人事調動這麼頻繁向我們公司明明家住台中在神岡廠上班卻調你去雲林廠上班中間還不給你油資補貼這樣不就是變相減薪嗎調去大陸廠也是如果不願意便要求你離職相信不只我們公司是如此有強者或強者的朋友靠調動五原則打敗公司這不合理的制度嗎 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 115.80.240.47 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Salary/M.1399604512.A.A5F.html
