遭停權半年 陳歐珀表示尊重

（中央社記者溫貴香台北9日電）民主進步黨團今天決議，民進黨籍立法委員陳歐珀停權半年；陳歐珀表示尊重，並辭立法院外交及國防委員會召集委員以表歉意。

陳歐珀在總統馬英九母喪家祭爭議，民進黨立法院黨團總召集人柯建銘、幹事長高志鵬與書記長吳秉叡中午陪陳歐珀在立法院舉行記者會表示，黨團誠懇、理性面對陳歐珀事件，參考過去處分案例，採最嚴厲處分。

高志鵬說，黨團會議充分討論，事件引發社會關注，黨團成員認為應慎重其事，採最嚴厲處分，凸顯民進黨最高道德標準，也肯定陳歐珀主動認錯、道歉。

曾任法官的吳秉叡表示，停權半年是指陳歐珀不能參選黨團幹部、代表民進黨團參選立法院各委員會召委；至於能否參加黨團會議？他說，可參加聽取意見，但沒表決權。

陳歐珀說，誠心誠意道歉，且已主動辭外交委員會召委。

柯建銘表示，陳歐珀辭召委對黨團是戰力損失，但黨團須明確做出價值判斷與取捨，尊重陳歐珀的決定。1030509
