央行定存單

利率未再破低

央行中午發布最新標售定存單利率開標結果利率回升！央行訂於103年5月12日發行2年期定期存單新台幣100億元，今日(5月9日)進行開標，得標結果投標總額達508.1億元，投標倍數5.08倍，得標比率19.68%，最後得標加權平均利率為0.694%，較5月初標售定存單利率0.52%相較，未再破低創波段新低。

由於外資不斷匯入，市場資金氾濫，中央銀行5月初標售364 天期定存單，利率僅0.52%創下歷史新低水準，不過今日開標的100億定存單未再破前波低檔，回收資金效果已見成果，可能也反應市場對於後續利率看升的預期心理。央行發行存單收回資金的效果，等同調高存款準備率，以過去發行餘額1.2兆元計算，相當於調升存款準備率4.55%，主要作用央行藉此穩定物價。雖然消費者認為國內物價居高不下，但官員認為還算穩定，央行將持續採取適度寬鬆貨幣政策。
