鄰居K頭挨告 和解金做公益

苓雅區郭姓婦人懷疑鄰居蔡姓婦人亂敲天花板擾人安寧，上門理論時出拳毆傷對方頭部，蔡婦不甘受辱報警，經派出所所長居中協調，雙方以6萬元和解，最後這筆和解金在蔡婦同意下轉贈聖淵啟仁中心，幫助腦性麻痺人士。

今年4月9日，家住苓雅區三多二路的郭姓婦人（50多歲）懷疑住在樓上的蔡姓婦人（60多歲）亂敲地板製造噪音，氣憤難平上門討公道，雙方一言不合，郭婦出拳朝蔡頭部猛K多下，蔡婦當場頭暈目眩送醫。

蔡婦康復出院後，在先生陪同下到民權派出所報案提告傷害，所長郭勝雄當場扮起和事佬幫忙化解，雙方同意以6萬元和解。
