核四未裝抗輻射管線？ 原能會澄清

近日網路上熱烈討論「核四廠一號機的輻射區沒有裝可抗輻射金屬管線」一事，原能會今天發出澄清稿澄清。

原能會說，他們是在2012年5/16、5/23、5/24和龍門計畫第47次定期視察時，發現位在輻射區的安全級設備，其使用的金屬導線管在安裝上，是用「未具符合要求之抗輻射兼防水型導管」」，所以在2012年12/4，開立三級違規、裁罰台電30萬元，並要求台電更換符合要求的管線，監察院也在去年1月糾正台電，要求台電改善。

台電後來提出改善計畫，並且依照改善計畫將這些不符規定的導線管，更換成符合要求，「具抗輻射兼防水型」的導線管。

原能會說，這個案子要等台電提出違規案結案申請，原能會就會再次確認台電的改善作業，是否真的符合要求。
