皇鼎建設(5522)的內湖文德科技大樓，今日整棟商辦大樓以總價9.89億元售予昆盈(2365)、台灣微米，每坪成交價約41.57萬元，挹注公司獲利約3.61億元，以皇鼎股本24.32億元計算，每股貢獻約1.48元，款項預計第3季入帳。

文德科技大樓土地面積為340.21坪，為地上八樓、地下三樓廠辦大樓，由於皇鼎持有已久，因此該案毛利率破四成，淨利率達36.5%，皇鼎初估獲利3.61億元，對公司每股貢獻約1.48元，款項預計6、7月入帳。該大樓未來2至5樓為昆盈所有，其餘為台灣微米科技。

除了文德科技大樓外，皇鼎建設也握有總銷上看30億元的中和健康路聯合科技大樓，其中中和案分為A、B兩棟大樓，B棟大樓傾向整棟銷售，而A棟大樓至目前為止已出售3、6、12 樓層。
