阿里巴巴 孫正義扮重要角色

（中央社台北2014年5月7日電）彭博報導，在阿里巴巴集團控股公司首次公開募股（IPO）後，日本億萬富翁孫正義（Masayoshi Son）勢將在阿里巴巴中扮演重要角色。

主要是因為孫正義的軟體銀行公司（SoftBankCorp. JP-9984）已保證能夠獲得1席董事席位和與這家電子商務公司合作關係的支持。

軟銀也將以持股30%以上而維持其為阿里巴巴最大投資人的地位。阿里巴巴並未特別指出將發售股票的數目和價格或是將尋求的估值。

根據提交監管單位的文件，阿里巴巴對軟銀而言是一個成功的投資。2000年，軟銀投資阿里巴巴2億美元，領先其他投資人，目前在這個中國大陸最大電子商務公司持有34%的股權。據分析師估算，這些持股價值580億美元。

東京SMBC日興證券公司（SMBC Nikko SecuritiesInc.）分析師菊池悟（Satoru Kikuchi）說：「孫正義不希望停留在世界最大行動通訊業者，他的目標是成為世界第一的公司。為了達成這項目標，他需要網路公司成長，所以阿里巴巴對孫正義而言很重要。」（譯者：中央社簡長盛）
