劍潭公園「水牛圖」 將搶修保護

名畫家顏水龍民國58年在劍潭公園創作的「水牛圖」馬賽克壁畫，因缺乏維護管理，壁面龜裂破損，連水牛也被裂痕切成兩半，壁畫附著的邊坡擋土牆也有裂損錯移滲水現象。

市議員吳思瑤擔心壁畫毀損消失及邊坡危害市民安全，要求市府立即改善，把壁畫納入法定公共藝術列管保護。

工務局說，將立即會勘現場修復邊坡，並建立監測機制；另配合文化局修復壁畫，加強巡查及保護。

文化局說，公共藝術相關法規在87年訂定，水牛圖則在58年設置，因此水牛圖尚未列管。為尊崇顏水龍及其作品，將提送北市公共藝術審議委員會審議追列。另在工務局修復邊坡擋土牆龜裂情形後，協助修復壁畫。

吳思瑤指出，「水牛圖」當年由市長高玉樹邀顏水龍以「農業社會到工業社會」為主題創作設置，使用北投、鶯歌等地土產的水缸、碗盤剪成磁磚狀鑲嵌而成。

壁畫全長100公尺，是圓山地標之一，也是光復後公共藝術的代表名作，具藝術價值及歷史意義，卻未被列入文化資產保護。
