新北房價有下修 財長很滿意

〔自由時報記者鄭琪芳／台北報導〕財政部長張盛和昨天表示，新北市房價出現微幅下修，不是「急凍」；趨勢線往下修，對全國民眾都很好，「有下修，我就覺得很滿意了」。

國民黨立委羅明才昨天在立法院財政委員會質詢時表示：「財政部一出手，房價就急凍，為何租金還上漲？」財政部長張盛和回應，房市應該沒有「急凍」，而是趨勢線略往下修，據他看到的資料，新北市房價微幅下修。

至於租金為何未跟著下修？張盛和認為，投資者當「包租公」、「包租婆」，都是買「黃金店面」；「黃金店面」租金不易跌，國稅局已將黃金店面列為今年查稅重點。另外，買在學校附近，因學生住屋需求大，租金也不容易下跌。

立法院日前初審通過提高非自住房屋稅率，傳出銀行將調高非自住房屋貸款利率至二．二五％以上。張盛和表示，未來會將非自住房屋的標準提供給公股銀行，做為貸款成數的參考，但不會干預銀行的房貸利率。
