煞車過熱失靈　休旅車撞山壁2死2傷

昨晚9時56分，台南市楠西山區發生二死二傷的車禍，台南警方初步調查，這四名乘客是高雄同一家公司同事，四人夜間賞螢火蟲，返程發生意外。

警方表示，這輛自撞山壁的休旅車當時由柯姓女子（４２歲）駕駛，車輛行經南１８８線楠西灣丘香蕉山路段的一處Ｔ字路口時，柯女突然喊著踩不到煞車，結果整個車頭正面衝撞山壁，柯女和副駕駛座的辛政駿（３９歲）二人受困車內當場死亡，車後座的男子林柏成（３８歲）和林安成（３５歲）二人骨折送醫治療。

玉井分局今日上午重回車禍現場鑑定勘查，初步研判，當時柯女疑在下坡路段不斷地踩煞車，導致煞車系統過熱失靈，但詳細原因仍待警方進一步鑑定後釐清。（王智勇／台南報導）
