夾式黃色偏光眼鏡抗藍光效果好嗎?

看到現在很多抗藍光產品紛紛出爐
網路上有夾式的黃色偏光鏡片,號稱可以抗藍光50%(有的更多到70%)也抗UV,可以長時間看3C產品使用

因長時間要看電腦,覺得保護眼睛很重要,
而其價格也不貴,才2,3百元到5,6百元不等
但不知是否真有良好的抗藍光效果?
不知道有沒有大大對這個較有研究?
