曾因錯誤減重導致暴肥，後來轉以健康方式慢慢瘦身，日前興奮展現腰束奶澎好身材，小嫻說：「很久很久沒有穿緊身衣了！」近日她再曝光美照，回春稚嫩V型臉讓人稱羨，但小嫻誠實自爆拜高科技所賜，夢幻美貌一切攏係假。

過去一度暴肥到63公斤，小嫻近兩年回歸自然減重方式，維持固定運動習慣之餘加上調整飲食、戒掉夜生活等壞習慣，終於成功甩掉16公斤。上月她在微博Po緊身衣性感照，玲瓏有緻曲線引起粉絲讚嘆，小嫻說：「唯一認真執行的，就是健康養生的簡單生活，……認真愛自己。二年多了，身體養好了！」

小嫻瘦身成功找回自信，且與老公何守正生活甜蜜，美麗從內而外自然散發，本月加碼美照二連發，健康膚色在黑髮襯托顯得好白皙。26日小嫻自拍微洩事業線，無瑕臉蛋有褒有貶，雖遭網友吐槽修太大，但小嫻起初就說：「美圖手機太厲害了！怎麼拍都好像童話世界的人物一樣夢幻，直接拍就行，什麼都不用修！」得意語氣間透露很滿意自己的狀態。
