【時報-記者柯婉琇綜合外電報導】彭博社引述消息人士報導，德國拜耳藥廠考慮出售價值100億美元的塑料部門，以專注在持續成長的醫療保健事業。

報導中指出，自德國化學集團贏創工業公司（Evonik Industries）數個月前展現對該部門的興趣後，拜耳藥廠已經考慮出售旗下材料科學（Material Science）事業，但目前尚未做成最終決定。

拜耳是德國最大的藥廠，上周五調降其材料科學部門的營運展望，因其核心獲利大減逾25％。該部門生產運動護目鏡、DVD光碟與車燈所使用的透明塑料。
