小36歲陸配只討錢　8旬退役少將怒離婚

高齡83歲的高姓退役少將，10年前迎娶小自己36歲的崔姓陸配，但高姓少將控訴，嫩妻婚後常討錢又漠不關心自己，訴請離婚獲准。

今日出刊的《聯合報》報導，高姓少將10年前認識崔姓女子，表示願隨他來台並照顧起居，想不到婚後扣除返鄉探親時間，崔女在台生活不到5年。前年返台後，崔女還要求將房地產權狀、和存摺交由他保管，並立遺囑將房產和退休俸都留給自己，他不願配合，兩人於是分居。法官認為，兩人已無互信和良性互動，僅剩婚姻形式，判准離婚。（夏至賢／綜合報導）
