退休學剪髮 幫銀髮族理煩惱絲

萬華區健康服務中心天使志工邱雲瑩，照顧社區長者多年，他看見許多長輩行動不便、無法外出理髮，學習剪髮技術免費幫老人剪髮，也和家人到遊民收容所、護理之家義剪。

60歲的邱雲瑩退休後，原本在聯合醫院和平院區擔任急診、病房志工，服務是弱勢或獨居長者；他觀察，老人家出院只代表病情穩定，不見得完全康復，後續服務也很重要。

邱雲瑩希望延續社區關懷服務，透過朋友介紹，2007年8月加入萬華區健康服務中心天使志工行列，定期服務萬華區80多名長者，登門拜訪、傾聽長輩的聲音。

一名老翁長期生病、和子女相處不融洽，看見孩子陸續搬出家裡心情低落，忍不住向他抱怨、透露輕生念頭；邱雲瑩得知消息，趕緊找里長、公衛護士反映並頻繁探望老翁、鼓勵老人家走出陰霾。

萬華區健康服務中心表示，邱雲瑩的妻子和孩子也投入公益，全家人照顧社區獨居或失能長者，若發現有高危險群個案，隨即向公衛護士通報，幫了不少忙。
