「公投護台灣聯盟」總召集人蔡丁貴（右）上午九點帶領上百名民眾到立法院大門口，準備遞交請願書給立法院長王金平，盼警方傳話給王金平，能開放民眾進大門口廣場前請願，表達訴求，並只給王金平一小時的時間思考回應。
