父母陪演戲　男假救人真捉姦

新北市賴姓男子與田姓妻子因感情不睦分居，賴男懷疑妻子外遇，竟與父母演戲捉姦，報警稱妻子打電話向他求救。警破門後發現，田女在屋內完全沒事，但3人還堅持進去察看，事後田女怒告賴家3人。

今日出刊的《自由時報》報導，賴男到田女住處附近，用公共電話撥通自己手機，試圖製造通聯紀錄，隨後又與父母一同報案。檢察官調出賴男事發時通聯位置，發現他當時就在田女住處附近，一直到早上8點多都沒離開，且賴男警詢及開庭時，對於求救電話，說法前後不一。因此檢方認為求救電話是他自導自演，將賴家3人依強制未遂罪嫌起訴。（楊心慧／綜合報導）
