北市試辦重機停車格 車友讚：有歸屬感

國內大型重型機車玩家漸增，停車常成頭痛問題，甚至衍生紛爭。北市府率全國之先試辦「大型重機專用停車格」，昨起在5大室內停車場畫設9格，議員陳建銘與車友試停，雖有些小缺點，仍大讚「有歸屬感」。

5大公園包括承德公園、七星公園、萬華國中、雅祥公園地下停車場及洛陽停車場，都以場內畸零地畫設長2.6公尺、寬1.5公尺的大型重機專用車格，除雅祥公園1格，其餘都2格。

陳建銘說，光北市就有6803輛紅牌重機、3018輛黃牌重機。依規定重機得停在汽車格，卻常被找不到車位的汽車族破壞，停在機車格又易被其他機車刮花。

陳建銘與兩位車友康恆銘、王志哲在承德公園停車場試停，大讚市府創舉。但3輛重機進場時，刷卡取票口位在斜坡，車友掏悠遊卡時重心易不穩；場外車位顯示器未能顯示重車格位數，室內也無明顯導引。

停管處科長張仲杰說，場外顯示器一時無法改善，但場內導引標誌會立即處理並在車格地面增設軟墊，減少重機停放而損傷地面。

新措施將先試辦3個月，若反應不錯，再擴大到其他停車場，並建議中央納入法規。
