戶政系統早已服貿？台灣拍照　中國網站下載

近日有民眾到士林區戶政事務所洽公時，因需照片就到戶所的快照機拍照，他要加洗照片時，快照機則提供一個網址可加印及下載照片，但輸入網址時，竟發現網址是中國網站。北市議員高嘉瑜今舉行記者會痛批：「服貿還未通過，但戶政系統的快照機照片都上傳至中國網站，質疑台灣的戶政資料恐遭中國掌握。」
 
民政局戶政科長說，各戶所的快照機由廠商承包，僅提供拍照及下載照片功能，廠商今年1月起提供額外加值服務，讓民眾拍攝的照片存放在雲端，日後可自行下載使用，上月底發現雲端網址在中國，已請廠商移除，至於民眾個資不受影響，也不會有資料外洩之虞。
 
廠商富多美今早表示，需進行了解後再回應。（林媛玲／台北報導）
