新北市1名范姓婦人多年前生病，丈夫照料下康復，卻與昔日上司偷腥且產一子，范夫原本開心獲麟兒，但兒子越看越不像自己，2年後帶去驗DNA，揭妻偷腥。

今日出版的《自由時報》報導，范夫發現他與兒子無血緣關係，查出妻子的情夫是曾參加他們婚宴的妻子昔日上司，他向2人求償合計1530餘萬元，「小王」願給遮羞費，但認為對方要求金額過高。法官認定，范婦的先生因遭受精神上的痛苦，判賠合計160萬元。
