熱錢轉「台」 央行緊盯

新台幣匯價昨（1）日連續七日走升，外資匯銀主管指出，因人民幣重貶而撤出的外資，轉向包括台灣在內的三大亞洲市場停泊，等人民幣回穩後，這些資金又會從各市場抽回，重返大陸。為避免熱錢來去去影響匯率安定，央行已加強對匯市的監控。

外銀主管發現，近期新台幣升值幅度已超過韓元，與過去新台幣波動幅度約為韓元二分之一到三分之一相較，最近漲勢凶猛，因此央行昨日尾盤大幅進場阻升，維護新台幣匯率的動態穩定。

外銀主管認為，國際資金在前陣子人民幣急貶後，選擇先撤出，轉進三大首選市場就是台灣、南韓和新加坡。昨日三貨幣升值力道強勁，尤其管制較少的星幣漲幅大，是典型的外資轉停泊型態。

外銀主管認為，在熱錢的推波助燃下，人民幣已成為影響新台幣匯率的不確定因素，央行總裁彭淮南今年以來多次強調，熱錢進出已成為影響新台幣匯率走勢的主要原因，預料將加強對匯市的監理。
