柯文哲：要用文化運動改變北巿

有意參選台北市長的台大醫師柯文哲，將以「改變台北從文化開始」做為競選主軸，希望藉由文化運動來改變台北市，日前柯文哲參加第十二屆天母水道祭，今天他在臉書上（http://tinyurl.com/ord444g）有感而發，認為「草山生態文史聯盟」的媽媽們，長期結合社區志工和學校的家長與學生，不依靠政府的補助，自己建立「天母水道祭」的活動，值得學習。

柯文哲說，在爬天母水管路的途中，有許多國中生負責導覽工作，介紹在地的環境與歷史文化，這些媽媽、志工與學生，從小自發性的投入愛護土地的工作，落實了鄉土教學和在地文物的保存，他們是社區營造的典範，值得我們學習。（沈能元／台北報導）
