康師傅去年營收109億美元 淨利跌10.92%

康師傅控股今天公布2013年度業績，集團營業額達109.41億美元，突破百億美元關卡，年增18.77%；不過稅後純益4.09億美元，較前年下滑10.92%。

康師傅補充，併購百事飲料事業後，去年百事營運已達損益兩平，若扣除前年收購議價的特殊收益，獲利反而較前年成長12.34%。

康師傅TDR(910322)今天開盤一路下滑，終場下跌1.65元，跌幅4.02%，收盤價跌破40元，收在39.4元。

根據AC Nielson最新報告指出，康師傅核心產品的市場佔有率持續上升，去年全年康師傅的方便麵、即飲茶、瓶裝水及整體果汁的市場佔有率分別為44.1%、51.8%、23.6%及25.9%，全部皆居市場第一。

康師傅表示，今年將持續鞏固經營成果，強化事業夥伴的綜效，並加速創新發展。例如，今年和百事聯手與上海迪士尼度假區簽署戰略聯盟協議，就是積極擴大業務發展的開端。
