鴉片類止痛劑 美急診用量增

（中央社記者顏伶如波特蘭22日專電）最新一期「急診醫學學術期刊」刊登醫學研究指出，從2001年到2010年之間，到急診就醫後取得鴉片類止痛劑處方藥品的成年人患者，比率從20.8%增加到31%。

3月號「急診醫學學術期刊」（AcademicEmergency Medicine）網路版刊登最新醫學研究報告指出，越來越多美國民眾只要前往急診室就醫，不管是背痛或頭疼，急診醫師經常都會開給患者藥性強烈的處方籤止痛藥。

由喬治華盛頓大學（George WashingtonUniversity）、國家兒童醫療中心（Children'sNational Medical Center）研究人員組成的研究團隊，根據2001年到2010年的「全美門診醫療照護調查」（National Hospital Ambulatory Medical Care Survey）統計資料，分析18歲以上成年人前往急診室就醫之後，收到醫師開立的藥品當中，是否包括鴉片類止痛劑或非鴉片類止痛劑。

統計結果顯示，在這10年期間，看急診之後取得醫師開立鴉片類止痛劑處方藥品的患者，人數比率從2001年的20.8%，增加到2010年的31%。相較之下，拿到非鴉片類止痛劑處方藥品的患者，人數比率則沒有明顯改變。1030323
