（中央社記者許湘欣台北2014年6月24日電）韓元、日圓持續升值，新台幣兌美元中午收盤暫升 6.2分，達29.977元，成交金額3.98億美元。

外匯交易員指出，受伊拉克情勢、通膨問題影響，亞幣近期表現強勢，加上台股今天反彈，新台幣兌美元今天開平盤30.039元，盤中最高29.972元、最低30.049元。

金秀賢21日才因代言的中國品牌礦泉水標榜「來自長白山」，涉及中、韓兩國的長白山主權爭議，宣布解約，但今日出現大逆轉，據新浪娛樂報導，他的經紀公司又表示，金秀贀將繼續代言。
 
金秀賢與全智賢各以約2800萬元台幣天價，代言中國的恆大冰泉，但因標榜來自長白山，遭到韓國輿論撻伐。金秀賢日前要解約，又被中國網友嗆「滾出中國！」可說兩面不是人。
 
但今天上午，金秀賢的經紀公司表示，已與該礦泉水集團確認標榜「來自長白山」並沒有任何政治意圖，決定讓他繼續代言。話雖如此，但據傳若他想解約，要付出約3千萬人民幣（約1.44億元台幣）的違約金，恐怕也是考量原因之一吧。（娛樂中心／綜合報導）

香港特首梁振英為「占領中環」全民投票的投票人說話，指北京環球時報日前對香港全民投票的言論，他不能同意。

梁振英昨天說，無論參與「占中」投票的人有多少，他相信參加者都表達了希望二○一七年落實普選特首的願望和訴求。他說，投票雖然沒有法律基礎，但參與投票並無刑事責任。

對於北京「環球時報」社評指，參與香港全民投票的人再多也不及十三億人多，梁振英不同意，認為任何人都不應將香港與中國人民對立。梁振英還表示，香港有自己一套政治、社會和經濟制度，中國內地亦有自己一套，不少港人不希望內地人、中央政府、內地地方政府或傳媒，對香港問題指指點點；但他同時也聽到中國內地不少官員，不希望港人就中國內地的事指指點點。

梁振英說，香港的一國兩制、港人治港、高度自治，基礎和根據都是來自基本法，行政長官選舉要根據基本法，提名委員會有權提名，而公民提名則不符合基本法。

他又說，普選最重要是有憲制基礎，根據基本法行事，無論香港與中央、香港與內地關係、或選舉問題都要根據基本法。

梁振英昨天發表上任第二年的施政匯報。他說，過去兩年，香港政府積極鞏固經濟增長，處理深層次問題，在多個重大課題上都取得可觀進展。

他認為，香港政府正全力增加短、中、長期的土地和房屋供應，同時有效管理需求，遏止樓價上升。香港政府也破天荒地公布了貧窮線，並就長遠房屋策略、人口政策、二○一七年行政長官及二○一六年立法會產生辦法等議題諮詢公眾。

梁振英表示，今年施政重點是協助低收入家庭、支援長者和弱勢族群，並為年輕一代提供更好的教育和培訓機會，香港政府亦致力推進經濟發展，改善環境，提升市民的生活素質。

頭份消防分隊員顏孟辰擅長捉蛇捕蜂，被稱為「蛇蜂達人」，近日天氣漸熱，蛇、蜂入侵住家機率提高，他建議發現時最好報請消防隊處理，避免遭受攻擊，他下個月將退休，仍將擔任分隊顧問與志工持續服務。

頭份消防分隊一有捕蛇、捕蜂勤務，顏孟辰總是第一個出動，他經驗老道、動作迅速，常獲得民眾好評，他說，從小在台東山區長大，對野生動物早已見慣，他也不斷提醒大家，對於蛇、蜂等要有「人不犯牠、牠不犯人」的觀念。

他指出，蛇不會平白無故進入屋內，大部分是因尋找食物才闖入，只要保持室內清潔，不要讓蟑螂、老鼠孳生，就能大幅降低入侵的機率，一旦發現也應避免大動作趕除，避免遭受攻擊。

若不慎被常見的眼鏡蛇、青竹絲、雨傘節等毒蛇攻擊，顏孟辰強調，馬上送醫是上策，避免毒素因時間拖延逐漸蔓延全身提高死亡率，送醫途中也應保持冷靜，降低血液流動速率。

顏孟辰表示，常在市區出沒的黃腰虎頭蜂較無攻擊性，只要不主動碰觸，都不會有危險性，但靠近山區的黑腹虎頭蜂較凶猛，應避免過度靠近蜂巢，住家如有發現蜂巢，可求助消防隊處理。

若不慎遭虎頭蜂叮咬，他呼籲絕不要用氨水、尿液塗抹，避免患部發炎潰爛，可先用稀釋過的酒精塗抹、多喝水，盡快送醫救治，避免引發全身性毒性反應或過敏性休克，才是保命之道。

50歲的顏孟辰7月服務滿25年將退休，但他決定退而不休，擔任分隊顧問與志工，繼續為民服務。

豪雨過後，凌晨時刻新店區永平街23巷11號社區，一顆巨石順著山坡地滑落，幸好被社區的擋土牆擋住，未造成災害，也不會影響交通與住戶安全，但擋土牆露出鋼筋，從社區裡面能看出，擋土牆下方有崩掉的狀況，如果還有繼續下雨的形況，恐怕擋土牆會檔不住巨石，而滑落到社區內。

溫布頓網球賽本週正式開打，首日賽程就有台灣選手傳回捷報，「網球王子」王宇佐遭遇世界排名領先70名的哥倫比亞好手岡薩雷斯，王宇佐輕鬆以直落三晉級，溫網結束後，王宇佐將立刻參加7月在高雄登場的「海碩盃國際男網挑戰賽」。

去年溫網，王宇佐從會外拼起，一路打到第二輪，才輸給當時35歲的德國老將Haas，今年他依舊從會外取得資格。

緊接著溫網後2週登場的，是為了配合仁川亞運，提前到7月中的高雄海碩國際男網挑戰賽，王宇佐去年應該腰椎傷痛難耐，8強硬碰盧彥勳，中途退賽，今年台灣的一、二哥也都將參賽，有機會再度對頭。(民視新聞 綜合報導)
