小白宮大坑洞 像外星傑作

不少遊客探索淡水小白宮，發現後方大草坪有4個大坑洞，有人誤以為是官方挖鑿，有人天馬行空，懷疑是外星人造訪。對於此疑問，淡水古蹟博物館長廖文卿笑開懷解答，這些坑洞是數十年前戰爭轟炸的彈坑遺址。

前清淡水關稅務司官邸（俗稱「小白宮」）建於西元1870年，整棟建築以英國洋樓設計而成，擁有大面積涼台、拱圈及落地門窗等；財政部關稅總局18年前曾考量關務減少而廢除，欲改建員工住宅，遭地方仕紳及文史工作者極力反對，終列為市定古蹟。

遊客參觀小白宮時發現，後方大草坪有4個坑洞，多數人不知所以然，開心在坑洞「滑草」，或席地而躺曬太陽，或成為新人拍婚紗的景點之一。

廖文卿解釋，坑洞來源有一說是1884年清法戰爭滬尾戰役，法軍兵船向岸上砲擊所留下的彈坑遺跡，當時稅務司官邸受擊，砲彈穿屋而入，炸毀僕役臥室，部分砲彈則擊中花園，也就是現今留下的土坑；另一說是淡水曾是日軍重要進出河港，1945年二次世界大戰時遭美軍轟炸。

溪水暴漲被沖走 溯溪遊客溺斃

花蓮縣秀林鄉沙婆噹16日下午2時許，因午後山區大雨，溪水突然暴漲，導致27名溯溪遊客受困，其中1名來自新北市的46歲黃姓女遊客被急流沖走，救難人員發現時，已頭下腳上倒插石縫中，雖立即將她拉起送醫急救，但仍回天乏術。

有目擊者指出，黃女和家人參加沙婆噹溪溯溪活動，一行10多人下午1時許入山，因山區開始飄雨，教練沒有帶他們繼續往上溯溪，只有在水源管制哨附近溪床活動，當時成員都有穿著救生衣、防寒衣，可能因裝備齊全，於是在溪床玩起水上飄，沒想到突然溪水暴漲，導致一行人被溪水沖散。

岸邊遊客見狀，立刻跳下水將溯溪遊客拉上岸，但在清點人數時，卻不見黃女蹤影，約10多分鐘，才有人在混濁的激流中，隱約發現黃女的雙腳，但因上半身牢牢卡在石縫中，救難人員將身上繩索綁牢冒險涉水將她拉上岸，但已沒有呼吸心跳，送往花蓮慈濟醫院急救，宣告不治。

花蓮縣消防局花蓮分隊長朱哲民表示，消防局在下午2時53分接獲報案，原稱有10多人受困，但到場才發現其他地點也有人傳出受困，救難人員在對岸搭起繩索，協助26名旅客脫困。

吉安警分局水源派出所長游國華說，下午1時半他見雨勢轉強，立刻停止遊客入山，並請同仁騎車沿路鳴笛勸離，砂婆噹又俗稱為「澎風溪」，因水道狹窄，往往一下雨就溪水暴漲；他屢屢在村里宣導，提醒民眾注意，沒想到還是發生憾事。

13日因雨錯過與洋基隊對戰，金鶯台灣左投陳偉殷將於16日再度登板，改在客場面對印地安人搶13勝，比較困難的是他生涯對戰該隊並不在行，而且屆時將碰上他們今年的王牌右投庫魯柏(Corey Kluber)，對於上一役面對藍鳥吞敗的殷仔來說，勢必又是一場硬仗。

陳偉殷今年已拿下12勝佳績，若再入帳1勝，將可創下個人在大聯盟的單季新高，只是他對印地安人表現不理想，出賽2場吞下1敗，投13局被擊出14支安打失11分，防禦率高達7.62，被打擊率也有2成75。他最近一次對戰印地安人是在5月23日，當時投6.2局被擊出8支安打失5分，他無關勝負。

殷仔最要注意的打者就是布蘭特利(Michael Brantley)，生涯對戰5打數3安打，只差沒被擊出全壘打；另外高梅茲(Yan Gomes)5打數也擊出2支安打。如果能夠成功壓制印地安人，他不僅能夠獲得第13勝，金鶯還能夠拿下本季第70勝，對於球隊來說意義重大。

只是印地安人派出的，是不好惹的庫魯柏，本季他已有13勝，而且最近7場比賽投出6連勝，當中有4場撐過8局，還曾於7月25、31日(台灣時間)連兩戰投9局無失分，共送出18次三振。5月25日面對金鶯，庫魯柏投7局僅挨5安無失分，奪得當時的第5勝。

這次陳偉殷休息長達8天，效果如何還有待觀察。上個月25日對水手投出8局0失分好球，休7天於這個月2日再對水手，又以7.1局僅失1分好球擊敗對手。
