人氣紅不讓的紙貓熊展，明天起兩廳院藝文廣場展出，新成員台灣紙黑熊今天曝光，身材比紙貓熊大了一號，雙手呈彈吉他姿勢，目光炯炯有神，一手搭在紙貓熊身上，頗有大哥架勢。

明天登場的紙貓熊，除了原有的1600隻紙貓熊，還加入200隻台灣本土保育動物「紙台灣黑熊」，展出至3月30日止。「雙熊會」展出時，200隻紙雕台灣黑熊將穿插在紙貓熊中，雖然紙黑熊只有一種動作和表情，但雙熊可以像哥倆好一起搭肩或是「熊抱」，擺放的姿勢由現場義工自由發揮創意。

市府今天安排「雙熊會」在捷運上快閃。觀傳局主祕游淑慧表示，「熊出沒注意」快閃活動，曾造成轟動，還有很多沒有曝光的精彩影片，已剪輯成30秒的快閃精華版本，在捷運月臺電視熱播中，民眾搭乘捷運時就可看到。

另外，擔任中日交流大使、日本天團「放浪兄弟」AKIRA也替台灣黑熊發聲。成員表示，他們很喜歡強而有力的動物，台灣黑熊和貓熊相比，「比較像男子漢! 」

台北市長郝龍斌表示，紙台灣黑熊200隻，這也是目前台灣黑熊僅存的數量，希望大家共同為動物保育努力。

新北市府法制局消保官經常接獲消費者投訴，一家總公司設在台中的連鎖健身中心申訴案件，去年有114件，又以契約內容認知不同、會籍移轉和個人教練課程糾紛最多，消保官上午表示，消費者除應慎選健身中心外，更應詳閱契約內容，尤其銷售人員口說無憑，消費者應要求白紙黑字記載在契約約定中，保障自身權益。

消保官陳世欽表示，一名消費者申訴他在這家健身中心中和店，加入市區型會員，入會時銷售人員表示，除101館及民生館等級外，其他市區分館都可以入館使用，而且未來陸續新開的市區分館也可以使用，結果後來這名消費者到新開的北新莊館、永和SPORT館，卻遭對方人員以健身中心等級不同，須補差價為由，被擋在門外。

另一件消費爭議是消費者去年在這家健身中心板橋分店，花了近4萬元加買24堂由個人教練課程，但課程都還沒開始，這位教練被調到其他分店，這名消費者要解除契約，卻被要求收取高達20%違約金。消費者認為不合理，要將會員合約一併解除，才發現會員合約是簽10年，解約須賠償6000元。

兩件申訴案均經消保官協商處理，但業者主張契約內容均有記載，消費者須按約補差價才能跨點使用，以及解除須付違約金等賠償，以致協商不成。

消保官發現這家健身中心的個人教練課程合約書，並未明定終止合約須付20%違約金的規定。個人教練被調點，責任不屬消費者，消費者以此原因終止契約，依「健身中心定型化契約應記載事項」第7條第2項第3款規定，消費者無須賠償。

至於跨點使用部分，消保官認為依定型化契約應記載事項第13點規定，消費者於契約存續期間，均可轉換其他營業場所，但業者對於消保官認定，完全不予理會。

上出現了一台 HTC One 4G LTE 32GB 的智慧型手機，從名字來看並沒有什麼太稀奇的，但仔細一看規格，可以發現這台手機是 HTC 即將在 25 日發表的 The all New HTC One。

在規格介紹中，可以看到 Qualcomm Snapdragon 801，時脈在 2.3GHz 的四核心處理器以及 Duo Camera with Ultrapixel 等新功能，同時賣家也標準了這款 Verizon Wireless 電信商的 The all New HTC One 是 2014 年的最新款式，並沒有使用過。

另一方面，

也出現了一台 The all New HTC One 的樣品機，這台樣品機並沒有辦法實際運行，但可以確定的是目前曝光的外形已經定案，應該不會再有任何變化。

出現在美國 ebay 的 The all New HTC One Verizon Wirelss 電信版以 499 美元，也就是約新台幣 15,140 的價格售出。

HTC 將會在美國時間 25 日於紐約與倫敦同步舉行發表會，台灣預計也將有一場上市記者會。

截至目前為此，The all New HTC One 已經沒有任何不為人所知的訊息，但我們仍期待這台應該是 2014 年最佳 Android 智慧型手機趕快發表跟上市。

路易斯安那州一名獲判死刑已30年的男子，在法庭推翻他被判定的謀殺罪後，11日重獲自由。

64歲的葛倫‧福特 (Glenn Ford)因1983年一件命案被定罪，可是新的資料顯示他與這件命案無關，促使法庭下令釋放這個美國繫獄最久的死囚之一。

他在監獄外面向記者說：「我百感交集。我離開的時候，兒子都還是嬰兒。現在他們已經長大成人，有了自己的孩子。我30年的生命，甚至我的一生，已經一去不回。」

56歲珠寶商羅斯曼 (Isadore Rozeman)1983年11月在店裡遭到槍殺，兇器一直沒有找到，也沒有目擊者。福特一直堅稱命案發生時他根本不在場，也沒有涉及此事。

新的資料證實他的說法，促使檢察官向法庭要求予以釋放。國際特赦組織主管說，本案證明美國司法系統很有問題，非洲裔的福特被全由白人組成的陪審團定罪，而他能夠逃過死刑非常不容易。

根據路易斯安那州法，冤枉坐牢每一年可獲2萬5000元賠償，最高賠償25萬元，外加八萬元「生活機會」損失。
