馬航370班機本月8日凌晨從馬來西亞首都吉隆坡起飛前往北京，結果在一個多小時之後與塔台失聯，至今音訊全無。幾天以來，多國搜索機、艦在可能出事的海域上地毯式掃尋，可是卻一無所獲，找不到任何可疑的墜機跡象。

這個事件，已經成為近年來飛安事件的一個最大謎團。

不過在數天以來的抽絲剝繭過程裡，卻剝出了一個案外案。原來那架班機上，竟有兩個人是持用非本人的護照上機，而且是伊朗籍。

這個消息傳出之後，恐怖攻擊的說法立刻浮現。只不過深入調查的結果，基本上已經排除恐怖攻擊的可能。這兩個人，單純為了各自的理由，使用非本人護照而已。

2本假護照 原主都在普吉島報失

問題是，這兩本護照的主人，都是在泰國的普吉島報失，而前述兩人利用非本人護照購買機票，竟然是通過泰國度假勝地芭達雅一個中東籍人士所主導的犯罪團夥完成。

現在，泰國移民署及警方正在深入調查，希望能還原整個犯罪事件的來龍去脈。

根據目前調查的結果，前述兩個報失護照的外籍人士，其中一個可能報的還是假案。也就是故意報失，實際的情況是把護照賣了圖利。

認真探討起來，這種案子在泰國實際上都是小case。泰國基於地利以及其他各種條件配合，早就是世界各種犯罪團夥的天堂。

包括軍火販子、毒販、人口買賣、國際色情、洗錢集團、甚至於許多恐怖組織，長年以來都把泰國當作一個最方便的操作基地。

世界各地的黑社會組織成員，在本國出了事，待不下去了，也大多會選擇跑到泰國。最主要的原因就是泰國位在東南亞的中心點，是空中、路上交通的樞紐，通訊科技也相當先進，跑到泰國，只是換個場域，依然可以重操舊業。

泰移民關口鬆懈 有錢一切好辦

更重要的是，泰國移民關口鬆懈，官員腐化，只要不鬧得太大，幾乎什麼事情都可以用錢打通關節。尤有甚者，許多泰國高層的執法人員，本身就涉入各種利益誘人的非法行業，這就成了國際為非作歹者最容易生存的環境。

這次馬航失蹤事件所暴露出的，其實只是國際犯罪者在泰國運作的冰山一角。偷取、買賣護照，不過是最底層的犯罪。事情過了之後，泰國仍然還會是國際犯罪者的最愛。
