投資要戰勝人性 「定定買」創造深度投資價值

投資理財，最重要的並不是知識，而是如何戰勝人性。富蘭克林投顧副總經理羅尤美認為，為了避免受到情緒性的影響，利用「定定買」的投資策略，讓投資不受情緒影響，長期來看除了能帶來穩定收益，還能創造深度投資價值。

人，是情緒的動物，何況面對難以預測的市場走勢，因此羅尤美指出，若投資人能理性看待金融市場，多多善用定期定額策略，依據紀律來投資，透過持續不斷「定定買」，較能避開追高殺低的市場情緒，有望為投資理財下顆定心丸，更能以平穩的心情輕鬆理好財！

全球投資大師約翰．坦伯頓爵士有句著名的投資心法：「太多投資人只專注在前景與趨勢，但其實更多的獲利成果，是從價值投資上才能創造出來。」一語道出投資著重基本面、價值策略的重要性。

面對理財，投資人追求的不外乎是「以較少的金額，換取較無風險、較大的價值」，然而有不少衍生性金融商品，蘊含著高度槓桿風險，有的槓桿倍數甚至可達到雙位數，對於一般白領上班族來說，假使為了尚未實現的報酬率，勉強自己提高需要承擔的風險，當市場物換星移，投資臆測方向有誤，可能會讓投資成本蒙上損失。

定期定額投資策略，是利用每個月投入3000或5000元，運用攤平成本的概念，讓付出的資金可以換取較多的資產單位數，高檔來臨時，就可轉換成較大報酬的價值，只要有投入就有累積，是一種相對精打細算的理財方式，隨著防禦風險的觀念日益普及，透過基金理財深入全球各地挖掘深具價值的指標性資產，以小額資金即可納入深度價值的基金。

另外，隨著生技產業挾著新藥接連問世、重要醫學會議暨臨床實驗與併購題材多、全球高齡化及新興市場需求遞增等利多，未來生技股票型基金上漲空間仍在且趨勢依然向上，而選擇趨勢向上的市場，亦可望挹注定期定額最佳成效。

大學繁星推薦放榜，各高中陸續傳出佳績，對升學率注入強心針。校方指出，繁星點點，也促使學生更重視在校成績的耕耘。

道明中學繁星榜單共錄取61人，台大法律系1人，另有30人錄取台大、清大、交大、成大、政大、中山大學等頂尖國立大學。

立志高中有54名學生上榜，其中27人錄取台清交成政大等國立大學。立志首次有學生申請醫學系，陳柏淳通過台北醫學大學醫學系第一階段篩選，蔡樺政與孫慧芸錄取台大化工系及成大生科系。

福誠高中也有36名學生錄取繁星，國立大學占72%，許多都是台、交、成、政大，以及中字輩大學。

中正高中錄取的29名學生中，有22人錄取國立大學。三年前放棄樂學進入第一志願、選擇進入中正高中社會組自強班的鍾以宸、蔡文玲，分別錄取台大財金系、政大法律系。國中部直升高中部的胡祖寧，錄取中央大學地球科學系。

44歲的比利時籍男子Verelst，本周一晚上8點半左右到台北市國家圖書館欲入館借書，因當時即將閉館，且Verelst沒有閱覽證，遭工讀生勸阻，Verelst誤認遭到歧視，在大門處不斷以英語大聲辱罵髒話，一名熱心民眾見狀在旁錄影蒐證，也遭辱罵，於是報警。

警方到場後進行調解，將Verelst勸離；被辱罵的兩人昨晚前往介壽路派出所提告公然侮辱，警方已將全案函送法辦。

高雄市建國一路一間輪胎定位工廠，清晨4時30分驚傳火警，大量濃煙直竄天際，嚇壞了左鄰右舍於是報警求助；大批消防人車火速趕往搶救，發現廠內堆放一堆易燃輪胎，於是兵分多路射水滅火，火勢約半個小時順利被撲滅，所幸沒人傷亡，火警原因調查中。(侯昌騰／高雄報導)
