電腦: Dell 桌上型

狀況1:
開機有時進的了windows 畫面
但只有第一次
且不是每次都進的了windows畫面
而且到畫面後就自動關機數秒後又自動開機一直重複

狀況2:
開機按下F12 進入BOOT畫面
後就自動關機數秒後又自動開機一直重複

狀況3:
開機沒多久
自動關機數秒後又自動開機一直重複

以上3種狀況都發生過
請問這是電腦哪裡出了問題

若是硬碟壞掉?
在不能開機的情況下有哪些方法可以把資料抓出來?

《傳產》房市掀獲利了結潮

【時報-台北電】永慶房產集團昨（19）日發布趨勢前瞻報告，事業群總經理葉凌棋指出，今年2月桃園、台中委售物件較去年同期大增約5成，高雄、台南也有3～4成的增幅，為近年來罕見現象，顯示屋主求售心態濃厚，市場興起獲利了結潮，今年買方購屋要勇於「出價」。

永慶房產第1季趨勢前瞻報告調查發現，民眾對未來3個月房價看漲比重，由上季的40％下滑至本季的33％，看跌比重與上季相當約30％；至於對未來1年房價看法，看漲者由上季的44％下滑至42％，看跌者由36％上升至40％，漲跌看法已趨近一致。

在未來半年售屋好時機方面，比重由46％上升至49％，連續3季呈現上揚；主要以45％民眾認為「房價已高，未來增幅有限」原因居多，其他包括「擔憂升息」、「供給量大」、「政府加稅及查稅」等，都造成民眾獲利了結心態濃厚。

葉凌棋表示，根據永慶房產集團全台各門市2~3萬筆資料，搭配實價登錄成交資訊來看，7大都會區，除雙北市之外，今年2月桃園、台中委售物件較去年同期大增49％、52％、台南增幅43％、高雄也有34％的增長，供給量大增為近年來罕見現象。

進一步分析物件供給量，北市3,000萬以上物件委售量占40.2％，但成交量比重僅19.9％，此總價帶供過於求；但1,500萬以下物件委售量占19.1％，成交量比重高達41.1％，顯示此總價帶供不應求。

在其他區域，委售量大過成交量供過於求總價帶分別為，新北市1,500萬以上、桃園縣900萬以上、新竹縣市1,200萬以上、台中市900萬以上、台南市400萬以上及高雄市900萬以上。

相對地，供不應求總價帶則分別為，新北市900萬以下、桃園縣700萬以下、新竹縣市900萬以下、台中市700萬以下、台南市400萬以下高雄市700萬以下。

葉凌棋指出，除雙北外，其他五都供給量大增，顯示屋主求售心態濃厚，市場興起獲利了結潮，高總價帶委售物件增多，但市場實際交易需求以中低總價為主，供需缺口有落差。葉凌棋表示，中低總價產品後市看漲，高總價產品有修正壓力，自住換屋回歸基本面，買得起的總價成主流，今年買方要勇於「出價」。(新聞來源：工商時報─記者方明／台北報導)

南京青奧 中華拚6張滿額門票

跆拳道世青賽暨南京青奧資格賽專題報導（中央社記者李宇政台北2014年3月20日電）上屆第1屆新加坡青年奧運，中華跆拳道隊只靠外卡取得1張門票，這次第2屆南京青奧，中華隊希望在自家辦的資格賽中，取得6席滿額的資格。

2014年南京青年奧運跆拳道資格賽20、21日在台北小巨蛋進行，22日休兵一天，跆拳道世青錦標賽23日至26日繼續在原場地進行，兩項賽事共有103國、1102名選手角逐。

新加坡青奧在2010年舉行，當時在墨西哥參加青奧跆拳道資格賽的中華隊全軍覆沒，還好最後靠著1張外卡，寶島跆拳道健兒才沒有在首屆青奧缺陣。

南京青奧跆拳道資格賽男女各5個量級，中華隊男女各3人角逐，分別為王晨宇、黃鈺仁、侯光武、陳子亭、陳子瑜以及黃懷萱，其中陳子亭、陳子瑜還是姊妹檔，希望一起攜手前進南京。

在資格賽踢進8強就可以取得南京青奧跆拳道門票，不過由於中國大陸是承辦青奧的地主，不用參加資格賽就可以直接取得青奧門票，因此中國大陸報名的量級，中華隊選手必須踢進前7名才可以拿到門票，而中華隊的男生63公斤級和女生49公斤級，要想辦法擠進前7名。

資格賽採單淘汰制，在8強輸給最後奪冠選手的，將是第5名，輸給最後拿到亞軍則是第6名；在4強輸給最後奪冠選手的，將是第3名，輸給最後拿到亞軍則是第4名；輸給第3名的是第7名，敗給第4名的是第8名。

大會將依此原則計算到第16名，前8名若有藥檢未過的選手，將依名次往上遞補。

中華隊總教練陳維新表示，前8名就能拿到青奧資格，機會的確變大，但現在電子護具普遍，各國水準接近，「代表國家出來的一定是他們最好的」，中華隊將全力以赴，以6席滿額門票為目標。
