《科技》2大廠專利2017年解禁，LED價格戰避無可避

【時報-台北電】LED照明需求快速攀升、背光需求回穩，整體看來LED產業的氣氛轉佳。不過業界大老也釋出，價格將持續殺低的未來風向球。晶電董事長李秉傑表示，日亞化、歐司朗的YAG（螢光粉）專利到期，雖然需求持續攀高，但是專利解禁之後將有更多廠商進場，價格戰無法避免。

晶電董事長李秉傑、億光董事長葉寅夫、宏齊董座汪秉龍昨日一致看好LED需求，但是卻也認同LED的價格將持續殺低走跌。李秉傑表示，去年LED背光與照明出現黃金交叉，目前背光占整體LED產值約3成，還是帶動需求的主力之一，預估今年照明將首度超越背光。

由於日亞化、歐司朗的YAG專利將自2017～2018年到期，市場將這段時間視為照明市場的起升段，或稱其為過渡期，李秉傑認為，專利解禁之後，雖然可以帶動需求，但也會有更多廠商進場加入競爭，這也意味價格戰會加劇，可謂喜憂參半。

而宏齊董座汪秉龍也認為，LED殺價競爭的情況沒有趨緩，以晶粒挑揀的狀況來看，挑揀200顆的獲利跟以前挑揀100顆的獲利相當，雖然需求大幅攀升，價格走跌卻也無法避免。

李秉傑也分析，滲透率一旦突破10％，成長曲線會趨於陡峭，不過照明與TV背光的成長曲線不同，照明的成長曲線會比較緩和。（新聞來源：工商時報─記者李淑惠／台北報導）

馬英九總統20日下午到高雄視察103年全民防衛動員（萬安37號）暨災害防救演習，共動員1500人進行複合式災害演習，他肯定軍民合作防災演習的精神，並讚許高雄市連年獲得防災評比特優成績，是實至名歸。

高雄市長陳菊20日上午先在高雄國際會議中心舉行災前準備、緊急災害救援、災後復原等階段進行兵棋推演。下午在光榮碼頭進行「綜合實作」，馬英九到場視察，兵推了一個上午的陳菊沒有陪同，而是派副市長陳啟昱陪同總統。有人私下打趣說，陳菊大概是為閃躲馬英九的「握手魔咒」吧！

全場由高市府各單位和國軍進行實地演練，國軍也出動了直升機和高市府使用無人載具進行模擬災情查報，提供即時的災情資訊。

馬英九表示，災害預防工作做得好，可以降低災害發生時的傷亡人數，從全球地震災害發生次數及死傷狀況，有些是可預測無法預防，有些是不能預測也無法預防，但平時的預防工作卻不能減少。

他舉例在台北市長任內第2年就發生921大地震，南投7.3級、台北5級，台北倒了2棟房屋，死亡、失蹤100多人，3年後的地震台北5級，只有101施工吊臂掉下來砸死人，就是因為這段時間把安全系數提高了，任何演習、災防演練都認真做，勤能補拙、熟能生巧，災害才能降到最低。

馬英九前來視察，吸引許多反服貿的社團、政治人物及透過臉書到場的學生在場外抗議。

或者有更快的公車路線?

918我撘過一次,要在崇光女中下車,930的話沒搭過,是要在耕莘醫院下車嗎?

這兩班公車在上下班尖峰時間哪班會比較好等?
