交通局指出，去年底，公車處民營化，改以港都客運繼續服務；今年起，南台灣客運、東南客運、高雄客運、義大客運、統聯客運、漢程客運、港都客運同時為民眾服務。

漢程客運為吸引民眾搭乘，推出年節專車，也提供24小時免付費0800客服專線；高雄客運旗山轉運站和高雄南華站配有AED自動體外心臟去顫器及緊急求救設備；統聯客運特別針對100路公車貼心推出「公車旅遊專刊」，內容介紹100路公車沿線的景點與美食，讓民眾按圖索驥樂遊高雄。

為服務視障民眾，港都客運的70路公車、東南客運248路公車、統聯客運88路公車有車外到站廣播，方便視障下車。

義大客運派員在高鐵左營站、樹德科大及義大醫院的轉乘站，協助民眾搭車並提供路線諮詢；南台灣客運引進的電動低地板公車已完成測試，近期內將投入營運。

新京報報導，人行公布2014年第1季城鎮儲戶（存款戶）問卷調查報告顯示，有64.3%居民難以接受目前高房價，33%居民認為目前房價「可以接受」，僅有2.7%居民認為目前的房價「令人滿意」。

對於未來房價走勢，48.2%的居民預期「基本不變」，28.3%的居民預期「上漲」，10.2%的居民預期「下降」，13.3%的居民表示「看不準」。

中原地產市場研究部總監張大偉認為，從全國樓市看，市場已經嚴重分化，一二線城市暴漲，三四線城市平穩甚至冷清。一線城市和小部分二線城市的漲幅過大，掩蓋了整體房地產市場已經逐漸出現衝高回落的趨勢。

張大偉說，很多城市的庫存積壓已經非常嚴重，局部三四線市場醞釀崩盤風險。
