杏一4月底上櫃 去年獲利倍增 營運衝新高 4/2開法說

台灣最大醫療連鎖通路杏一(4175)去年受惠持續展店，楊梅倉儲中心落成使用，大幅降低運籌成本，提升獲利，稅後盈餘1.03億元，年增1.95倍，每股稅後盈餘4.71元，營運創下新高，公司敲定4月底前上櫃，掛牌價暫訂80元，4月2日召開業績發表會。

杏一去年成功展店7家，到2013年底共有170家門市，同時透過一次購足服務，提昇平均來客消費金額8%，另外自有品牌商品的開發，範疇涵蓋醫療器材、健康食品與醫美，加上楊梅倉儲中心落成使用，大幅降低運籌成本，因此推升營收獲利再攀新高。

杏一2013年合併營收達33.66億元，年增7%，稅後淨利1.03億元，年增1.95倍，每股盈餘4.71元，其中營業淨利率3.5%，較2012年的1.12%大幅成長，公司4月底前上櫃，進入資本市場後，將加速展店腳步及積極尋求合作契機。

杏一表示，今年醫療商機還有成長潛力，因此將會持續展店，展店的區塊將從原來的醫院附近延伸到社區；另外自有品牌業績也是發展重點，公司希望提昇自有品牌產品營收比重，增強獲利能力。

行政院晚間七時卅分被反服貿學生衝破，目前行政院區內已有上千名學生，不僅四處流竄試圖從闖進院區內各建築物，甚至企圖從地下停車場的通道衝進。還有學生成群結隊繞行院區內大喊「占領行政院」、「江宜樺下台」，帶頭學生並高呼「我們成功了」！

目前學生分成數群占據行政院院區數地與警對峙，包括行政院長江宜樺進出的中央大樓的正門。前排席地而坐、後排到處遊走叫囂。警方一開始錯失先機，面對學生不斷湧入，完全無法阻止。

現場記者發現，部分學生撥開拒馬，湧入行政院正門前的廣場，坐下抗議，但也有人從天津街的政院後門建物爬窗進入。

發起占據立法院團體之一的黑色島國青年陣線在臉書（Facebook）表示，「已經佔領行政院，請大家轉發並立即前往聲援」，但他們強調是部分學生自發性的行動，並非占據立法院的學生團體發起。
