富蘭克林坦伯頓基金集團最新發布的《2014年全球投資人情緒調查》結果，中國投資人對2014年的股票市場樂觀，過半數的受訪者預期陸股將在2014年上漲，中國投資人也預期房地產、股票及非金屬類的大宗商品可望在2014年有較佳表現，高收益債市和美股則是最受中國投資人青睞的海外市場。

自稱是反服貿占領行政院活動主導者魏揚，遭北檢認定有串證之虞聲押。他的老師陳明祺感到心疼驚訝，認為檢方處置過當。

清華大學社會學研究所副教授陳明祺得知消息後趕到北檢聲援。他表示，魏揚平時是位熱心的學生，展現對社會的關懷，魏揚昨天臨時接獲消息，趕到行政院接下主持棒，不是主謀者。他為魏揚對自己行為負責任感到驕傲，希望能早日釋放，讓他回學校。

黑色島國青年陣線成員、清大學生魏揚，自稱是占領行政院行動的總指揮。台北地檢署表示，檢察官複訊後認定他涉犯聚眾妨害公務、妨害公務執行及職務強制、煽惑、毀損、侵入住宅等罪，且有串證之虞，下午向台北地方法院聲請羈押。

反服貿民眾昨天闖入行政院廣場，打破建築物玻璃爬窗進入行政院，占據辦公室及機房，並有公物遭破壞。

警方今天清晨展開驅離，逮捕61名現行犯，其中35人移送偵辦。檢方複訊後聲押魏揚，其他13人分別以新台幣2萬元到3萬元不等交保、18人限制住居、另3人請回。

安全遊戲聯盟 三方合作

（中央社記者羅秀文台北2014年3月24日電）為提供手機遊戲App資安防護，趨勢科技今天與25家遊戲業者及線上支付商合作，成立「安全快樂遊戲聯盟」，以免費App「安全達人」提供使用者安全、順暢的遊戲體驗。

趨勢科技執行長陳怡樺指出，台灣有300萬人次的使用者有帳號或虛擬寶物被盜的經驗，累積被盜虛寶的價值達新台幣72億元，超過台灣遊戲業的總產值。身為全球資安威脅專家，趨勢科技進軍行動App產業，與遊戲業者、線上支付商合作，推動成立「安全快樂遊戲聯盟」，提供消費者最安全、順暢、方便的手機遊戲平台。

她說，這樣大規模的跨產業合作，不但奠定台灣手機遊戲產業全新「鐵三角」商業模式與產業加乘效應，未來將運用趨勢跨國營運的經驗，與所有聯盟夥伴一起進軍全球。

根據趨勢科技研究顯示，在偵測到的惡意及高風險應用程式中有16.88%會連到惡意網址，除了意圖竊取個人資料之外，網路犯罪分子並會利用智慧型手機「無法完全顯示假網頁全貌」的特性，來騙取用戶登錄送出個人資料。

此外，趨勢科技也發現，近期全球熱門遊戲應用程式如Flappy bird、壞蛋豬以及Candy Crush等，都已成為網路罪犯的攻擊目標，以相似度極高的山寨版應用程式在網路上流傳，吸引消費者安裝後，再透過內藏的惡意程式盜用消費者個人資料，並訂閱高費率付費服務，或者將手機用戶的個資傳播出去，做更多惡意濫用。

「安全快樂遊戲聯盟」結合21家遊戲廠商和4家線上支付業者。遊戲廠商包括OHMYGOD遊戲派對、大宇資訊、可可數位、宇峻奧汀、育駿科技、松崗科技、紅心辣椒、烽火數位、華義國際、智冠集團、晶綺科技、奧爾資訊多媒體、遊戲新幹線、樂元素互動(北京)、愛奇藝公司、酷玩線上、億泰利多媒體、摩利數位行銷公司、擎天數位、魔方數位資訊、躍騰網路。

4家線上支付商包括GMobi通用移動科技公司、智付寶、歐付寶和藍新科技。
