預算大概在二手、全新5000左右，可小爆。 不限制他是手機or平板， 但手機應該都是比較貴 .. wifi版本即可， 會使用家中wifi或用手機分享。 常使用的功能大概是玩遊戲、查資料、ROOT機子研究。 大小大概七八九吋左右 ? 大概iPAD mini的大小， 抱歉我不是很有大小的概念 .. 。 由於自己本身手機用iPhone5s， 已有平板iPad2， 想試試看Android系統， 想請板友推薦幾種讓我去爬爬看。 另外本身對電腦程式有興趣， 雖然應該也寫不出個好用的APP， 但希望是可以陪我度過一段時間， 讓我學習、研究的機子。 稍微查了一下nexus7好像很多人在用 ? 二手一代約三千左右， 各位板友推薦嗎 ? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 140.120.11.93

財團法人金融消費評議中心揭露去(2013)年度申訴案件暨申請評議案件統計，其中南山人壽以萬分之0.0533的申訴率及萬分之0.03252的評議率，再度蟬聯中大型保險業者中表現優異的保險公司。

財團法人金融消費評議中心揭露去(2013)年度申訴案件暨申請評議案件統計，其中南山人壽以萬分之0.0533的申訴率及萬分之0.03252的評議率，再度蟬聯中大型保險業者中表現優異的保險公司。

南山人壽客戶服務資深副總吳雲嬌表示，南山人壽秉持「從客戶角度出發」的精神，在各項環節上竭盡所能提供溫暖關懷服務，因此能持續贏得客戶的信賴及認同，樹立保險業最佳服務典範。

根據評議中心去年度理賠爭議統計分析顯示，理賠申訴多集中於「必要性醫療」、「事故發生原因認定」等議題，吳雲嬌表示，爭議的發生往往肇因於購買時對產品認知的落差，以及事後服務過程溝通不良所導致，建議民眾選擇保險商品時，可運用「釐清需求」、「慎選品牌」以及「善用權益」三招，將有助減少消費爭議，讓保險商品充分發揮保障的功能。

第一招「釐清需求」：由於人生各階段有不同的保障需求，消費者可先蒐集市場資訊並聽取專家建議，先確認當下以及未來的需求，再鎖定適合的商品。每項保險商品都有它設計上的特點和保障範圍，保費並非唯一考量準則，建議民眾應先詳加了解商品內容、給付或理賠的方式和條款，才能規劃出最適宜的保障計畫。

第二招「慎選品牌」：保險屬於長期性合約，消費者除了考量與業務人員交情外，更要在乎服務提供者長期的經營績效。消費者在投保前應先確認該公司體質穩健、所屬業務人員專業熱忱後，再進行購買決策。

第三招「善用權益」：保險契約是長期的承諾，簽約務求謹慎。目前各家保險公司都提供3天以上的保險契約審閱期間，消費者可先行檢視條款內容再作決定。若簽約後才發現不合適，也可依「契約撤銷期」的規定，在收到保單次日起算10天內進行契約撤銷，降低日後發生保險爭議風險。

吳雲嬌表示，南山人壽除了設計多元的保險商品以因應客戶各種人生風險外，更致力於推出創新且溫暖的保戶服務，例如「一通電話到府理賠服務」，以及「比客戶更早一步的理賠關懷」，由服務團隊全天關注新聞時事，一旦有重大意外事故，立即索引是否有南山人壽的保戶，派員到府關懷保戶與協助家屬，希望透過更高層次的服務品質和時效，重新定義保險服務的新標準。

憂心服貿？江蕙po狗照隱喻

群眾突襲行政院，演藝圈也都不少藝人表態，像是82歲的資深藝人脫線，就拿著寫有「心疼學生，警察辛苦」的紙板，說不管是學生還是警察，都可以當他兒孫，看到兩邊這樣衝突很不捨，另外像是二姐江蕙、導演九把刀也都PO文，一邊有感而發，一邊則是力挺反服貿，並譴責暴力。

太陽花學運持續延燒，支持反服貿的導演九把刀，就在個人網站發表聲援，在23日晚間10點，PO文寫上「豬一樣的隊友」，短短10分鐘內，就已經有上萬人按讚，跟上百條轉發，九把刀也在臉書上不斷發文，最新一篇他譴責暴力，全面阻止國家暴力，幾乎每隔一小時，就會有一篇文章，講述對於服貿的相關議題，不只九把刀。

歌手江蕙：「搬土來種這欉花。」

二姐江蕙也PO上兩隻狗狗的照片，寫說「兩隻狗在同一張床上，10幾年來第二次難得的景象，卻只讓我開心了一分鐘，之後很快速的把牠們分開，因為和平相處不會發生在牠們身上，可能一個轉身就頭破血流」，也附註說難道他們知道主人在擔心著什麼，江蕙一番話，是不是在暗喻服貿這件事，沒有說明，但服貿也讓資深藝人脫線很擔心。

拿著「心疼學生，警察辛苦」的紙板，他在臉書上說自己不了解服貿協議，但學生、警察的年紀都可當他兒孫，看到他們沒日沒夜的犧牲，很心疼學生，也辛苦警察，針對昨晚突襲行動，同樣在臉書呼籲的，還有導演陳玉勳。

導演陳玉勳：「擺出偶像的姿勢。」

導演陳玉勳，寫上「江教授、你如果對學生動武，你會歷史留名的」，請三思，也請學生不要再做危險的事情，導演藝人相繼發聲，就是不捨衝突持續擴大。

港股導航／節能減碳族群 聚焦

港股開高走高，指數收在21,846點，上漲409點，漲幅1.91%；國企指數收在9,694點，上漲2.84%。恆生分類指數全面上漲，盤勢持續受到大陸市場將開放實施優先股利多刺激，指數大幅反彈。

滙豐中國製造業PMI初值數字公布為48.1，低於市場預期的48.7，亦低於前期的48.5，連續三個月低於景氣榮枯線以下，顯示經濟延續的年初的弱勢。數據顯示，外需仍保持相對平穩，而內需繼續走弱，預期反應到第一季GDP表現恐放緩。雖然短期經濟數據表現持續疲弱，不過長線來看，歐美市場持續復甦，中國出口將可受惠。

大陸市場將開放實施優先股，實施後將有助於資本市場的發展。假如未來經濟實際表現不如預期，中國仍有相當大機率將利用投資來維持GDP的增速，故對於中國GDP的表現不需要太悲觀，焦點仍放在相關的改革政策上。

市場對於中國經濟放緩的擔憂，加上IPO的重新開啟，均將對於盤勢造成壓力。不過，指數位置已來到區間相對低檔，以目前評價而言，長線具有投資價值，待改革成效逐步展現後，評價自然具調升空間。族群選擇方面，節能減碳相關的族群可持續關注。（作者是新光投信投資管理處中國研究員）
