證交所修訂規則 未來每年檢視並調整上市公司產業類別

為即時瞭解上市公司營業務性質或經營策略調整情形，證交所修訂相關規則，將原本規定每2年定期檢討各上市公司之產業類別，調整為每1年檢視，今年將在2013年財報公布後，檢視各上市公司是否有須調整產業類別，並對外公告。

證交所修訂「上市公司產業類別劃分暨調整要點」第5條第1項，關於定期檢討上市公司產業類別之期間規定，將每2年檢討各上市公司之產業類別，調整為每1年檢視，並自今年起實施。

證交所指出，將自2013年各上市公司公布財報後，檢視有無須要調整產業類別，並對外公告。

同時為配合上市公司在2013年起改採國際財務報導準則(IFRSs)編製合併財務報表，因此也同時修訂相關規定，將產業類別調整改以合併營收為劃分依據。

樞軸廠信錦(1582)公布去年第4季財報，業績雖逐步步入淡季，業績下滑，但毛利率逆勢提升至22.5%，稅後淨利約為新台幣1.5億元，單季每股稅後盈餘1.01元。

信錦去年繳出每股稅後盈餘4.43元成績單，董事會決議每股配發3.5元現金股息，配發率近8成，以信錦上周收盤價估算，殖利率也高達6.6%。

信錦2013年第4季合併營業收入約為21.74億元，因產業逐漸步入淡季及客戶調整庫存準備新機種所致，合併營收較第3季衰退14%，但仍較前年同期增加約10.3%。

與前季比較，毛利率因撙節成本、垂直整合效益浮現，逆勢攀升至22.5%，稅後淨利約為新台幣1.5億元，稅後每股淨利為1.01元。

信錦2013年合併營收約為新台幣90.71億元，較去年同期成長7.2%，創下歷史新高，但因打消部分舊品庫存、重慶新廠生產初期成本增加、大陸薪資費用增加及資本額成長等原因，使得稅後淨利率為7.2%，較去年同期下滑1.5%，2013年每股稅後盈餘為4.43元。

信錦內部對今年的營運目標，營收將往百億元里程碑衝刺，但重點則放在獲利成長，除了高階TV樞軸、底座等產品外，也積極朝向智慧電視與網通產品結合方向佈局，內部看好今年營運將可逐季墊高。

中國大陸外匯交易中心網站公佈，2014年3月31日銀行間外匯市場美元兌人民幣的匯率中間價為人民幣6.1521元兌1美元，較前一交易日(28日)中間價6.1490元貶值0.0031元。

3月31日歐元兌人民幣匯率中間價為人民幣8.4607元兌1歐元，兌日圓匯率中間價為人民幣5.9920元兌100日圓，英鎊兌人民幣匯率中間價為人民幣10.2383元兌1英鎊，港元兌人民幣匯率中間價為人民幣0.79305元兌1港元，澳幣兌人民幣匯率中間價為人民幣5.6965元兌1澳幣，紐幣兌人民幣匯率中間價為人民幣5.3407元兌1紐幣，加拿大幣兌人民幣匯率中間價為人民幣5.5683元兌1加拿大幣，人民幣1元兌換0.52757林吉特，人民幣1元兌換5.7687俄羅斯盧布。
