台北地檢署追查攻佔行政院首謀昨天傳訊「黑色國青年陣線聯盟」成員陳廷豪，訊後諭令五萬元交保；另外，檢方決定不對清大研究生魏揚聲押失敗案提抗告。

陳廷豪昨天經一個多小時訊問，他交保走出地檢署時未發一語。

據了解，他辯稱當時和大家一起衝進行政院，帶頭的不是他，拿麥克風發言是要維持現場秩序。

至於聲押魏揚被駁回，北檢表示，檢察官在抗告期間已傳訊多名被告和證人，調閱相關錄影和監視畫面，認定相關人員的證詞和證物已獲得保全，證人無串證之虞，原本聲請羈押魏揚的必要性已不存在。

這篇姚笛友人代為反擊的po文，昨晚在網路流傳，內容句句勁爆，可說是小三的全面反撲，大罵「馬和文完全就是一對極品賤渣夫妻，兩年前就各玩各的，馬跟山西孫土豪那點事小圈子裡誰人不知，文章你在深圳及青島嫖妓，你背著你老婆搞了多少女星」，整件事情演變成陰謀論、羅生門，婚變真相讓網友霧裡看花。（曾宛如／綜合報導）
