「台灣警察超好！在我們國家警察執法是毫不留情，很恐怖的！」一名加拿大籍男子Leonardo Farren-Dai(31歲)，當背包客來台觀光，日前隨身的相機在大賣場遭竊，警方獲報後立即調閱監視器鎖定嫌犯，並將遭竊的相機尋回，在警局時外籍 男子與警方閒聊談到最近的服貿爭議，表示台灣警察處理陳抗活動方式委婉和善，在國外警察執法毫不留情，對台灣警方留下良好的印象。

從事科 技工程師的Leonardo以背包客身分來台觀光1個月，居住在中和友人家中，日前前往新北市中和區的大賣場購物時，將隨身的相機暫時放置櫃台，不料隨即 遭竊賊盜取，於是馬上在友人陪同下向警方報案，警方也調閱監視器鎖定張姓嫌犯(49歲)，並於張嫌住處查扣加籍男子遭竊的相機，製作完相關筆錄後警方將相 機歸還，Leonardo開心的要求與警方合照，並說台灣警察真的好友善，在國外物品遭扒竊都難以破案，還稱讚台灣「Amazing Formosa island！」（呂健豪／新北報導）

追趕蘋果 微軟推出新Phone軟體

（中央社台北2014年4月3日電）彭博報導，微軟公司力拼在行動裝置上趕上蘋果公司和谷歌公司。昨天發表具有語音搜尋功能的最新Windows Phone 軟體，並且免費提供給小型電話和平板電腦使用。

微軟（Microsoft Corp. US-MSFT）營運系統負責人邁爾森（Terry Myerson）昨天在舊金山舉行的開發者會議（Build conference）上說，先前曾要求Windows使用授權費的微軟將免費提供這套軟體給螢幕9吋以下的手機和平板電腦使用。

微軟也展示了類似於蘋果Siri，稱為Cortana的聲控數位助理。Cortana將包含在專供行動裝置使用的新Windows Phone 8.1軟體內。

微軟執行長納德拉（Satya Nadella）正在努力為一個已成為以智慧型手機和平板電腦為中心的世紀重塑微軟。為此，他必須在為競爭平台提供微軟軟體和同時仍然保持公司Windows操作軟體繼續成為核心焦點間維持平衡。

納德拉是今年2月才獲任命接掌這個世界最大軟體製造商。昨天發表新軟體是為了再度強調Windows對微軟的重要性，以及帶動使用者採用這種軟體。

FBR資本市場公司 （FBR Capital Markets & Co.）分析師艾夫斯（Daniel Ives）在報告中說：「重振Windows授權在微軟希望抵銷來自個人電腦市場長期挑戰的不利因素下，繼續成為微軟成功策略的關鍵因素。」（譯者：中央社簡長盛）

彭博報導，由於食物價格勁揚，致通貨膨脹連兩年超過目標範圍機率上升，巴西中央銀行升息，延續全球最長利率緊縮週期。

以總裁東比尼（Alexandre Tombini）為首的巴西央行理事會昨決議，將基準貸款利率（Selic rate）由10.75%調高至11%，符合彭博訪調57位經濟家預測。

巴西發生10年以來最嚴重旱象，導致作物生長收成受到影響，並對2010年來即超過目標的通膨增添壓力。

巴西決策官員在不到1年內，將借貸利率調高375個基點或3.75%。

西班牙對外銀行（Banco Bilbao VizcayaArgentaria）首要經濟家杜桑托斯（Enestor DosSantos）說，儘管巴西央行在2月的上次會議中暗示將減半升息幅度，但3月中旬食物價格勁揚，意味著升息減半可能還言之過早。

日股領漲 亞股呈今年最長漲勢

（中央社台北2014年4月3日電）彭博報導，亞股上漲。在歐元區貨幣政策決議和美國就業數據出爐前，日圓匯率接近兩個月低點，由日股推動亞股區域指數出現今年以來最長漲勢。

東京時間上午10時6分，MSCI明晟亞太指數上漲0.1%，第7天走高，為12月迄今最長漲勢格局。標準普爾500指數期貨小跌0.1%。

日圓兌美元連5天走軟後，今報103.85日圓兌1美元。韓元和馬幣（林吉特）下滑。銅價隨原油價格下跌，金銀價格漲勢擴大。

歐洲央行今天料將維持利率在歷來低點不變，繼中國大陸公布3月服務業下滑後，美國和印度等服務業數據成為眾人關注焦點。

在明天就業數據出爐前，美國今將公布上週初次申領失業補助人數報告，且投資人消化民間報告顯示3月就業人數攀升的數據。大陸昨宣布支持經濟成長措施，包括增加鐵路支出和稅收減免等。

日股東證指數上揚0.4%，南韓股市KOSPI指數上漲0.4%，連7天走高，澳洲股市S&P/ASX 200指數上漲0.1%。（譯者：中央社徐睿承）
