大盤分析

上周五美股雖以大跌作收，唯昨（7）日亞股除日股受日圓匯價升值拖累走弱之外，其餘各國股市均無明顯跌勢，甚至有逆勢上漲者，而台股尾盤跌幅有所收斂，終場加權指數下跌12.10點，以8,876.44點作收，跌幅0.14%。

投資建議

台股指數3月以來領先美歐市場表現，突顯台股走勢受惠外資買盤力挺，以及政府持續信心喊話的強力拉抬效應。由於指數已來到波段新高價位，不排除手中持股並有獲利者於此處進行獲利了結，拉回修正壓力漸增，加以美國即將進入超級財報周，因此操作上可保持樂觀且以謹慎態度進行。

而以技術面來看，所有均線續揚，多方架構不變，若類股輪動得宜、成交量持續有效擴增或是外資對台股持續站在買方，仍有利指數進一步墊高。

當大盤突破前波高點，檢視企業營運基本面，從趨勢中找機會，以傳產族群來說，機電類股、汽車零組件及其它類股為今年以來表現最佳的產業，反映在去年財報上，也是以這三大產業表現最佳。

第2季開始，股東會與除權息大戲就要上場，投資人不妨布局這些獲利持續成長且股利政策穩定的傳產股，等待下一波傳產漲升行情。擇股上，建議選擇與歐美市場相關度高且不以中國為生產中心的公司為主，較能受惠市場成長與成本下降的雙重機會，如製鞋、縫紉機、鉛酸電池、成衣代工、織帶鞋帶等。

HTC (宏達國際電子股份有限公司，以下簡稱『HTC』)今(7)日公佈2014年第一季自結合併營業成果。2014年第一季自結合併營業收入為新台幣331.2億元，合併稅前淨損為新台幣18.8億元。自結合併營業淨損為新台幣20.5億元，稅後淨損為新台幣18.8億元，依加權平均股數823,438仟股計算，自結稅後每股虧損為新台幣2.28元。

HTC說，預期今年4月營收跟3月相比將會正面提升，並預期第二季在市場對旗艦智慧型手機HTC One (M8) 與中階旗艦智慧型手機HTC Desire 816的強勁需求下，將帶來季度的營業收入成長。

HTC說，如2014年2月10日舉行的2013年第四季線上法人說明會中所指出，公司期望第二季能開始獲利，更多關於第一季的財務表現和第二季的營運展望將於2014年5月初的2014年第一季線上法說明會中做出說明。

遭最高法院判決廢棄環評結論的中科三期開發案，環保署上午舉行二階環評範疇界定會議，多名農民及辯護律師要求營運中的中科三期先停止營運再審查。義務律師團甚至在會中公開揚言，如果環評委員繼續開會，律師團將對環委個人進行刑事訴訟，甚至拿出「清白委員退出審查」標語，引起環評委員強烈抗議，認為律師團已涉公然恐嚇威脅。

由於雙方攻防激烈，迄中午止，仍未對二階環評要審哪些項目做出決議。

中科三期開發案被行政院列為國家重大經濟建設，環評於99 年審查通過公告後，因有部分民眾不服而提起行政訴訟，纏訟多次後，最高行政法院去年判決廢棄原環評結論，經環保署環評大會決議繼續執行二階環評。
