【台股期指】4月台指期漲59點

（中央社台北2014年4月16日電）台北股市今天終場上漲7.11點，收8923.82點。4月台指期以8955點作收，上漲59點，與現貨相較，正價差31.18點。

台灣期貨交易所為近2個月指數期貨契約訂定開盤參考價為，4月期貨8896點、5月期貨8877點。

台股今天終場上漲7.11點，收8923.82點，成交金額新台幣941.26億元。

4月台指期貨以8955點作收，上漲59點，成交4萬6063口；5月期貨以8873點作收，下跌4點，成交5萬8627口。實際收盤價格以期交所公告為準。

台南疑牛流行熱 市府加強防疫

（中央社記者楊思瑞台南2014年4月15日電）台南市酪農業傳出疑似牛流行熱疫情，近1週發現246件疑似個案，約佔總飼養頭數1%，市府說，將加強宣導及防疫措施。

台南市動物防疫保護處副處長吳名彬今天表示，牛流行熱好發於每年4月至10月，經由病媒蚊叮咬、吸血傳播；發病症狀如發熱、流口水、支氣管及肺發炎、張口呼吸、跛腳等，若牛隻未按時打疫苗又未即時醫治，可能在幾天內死亡。

吳名彬指出，台南市的養牛場往年曾出現過零星個案，最近收到部分酪農戶通報有乳牛疑似染病；經全面清查200多處養牛場，發現近1個星期以來共有246起疑似個案，其中31頭已經死亡。

吳名彬說，台南市共有約2萬4000多頭乳牛，疑似個案佔約1%，但市府不敢大意，已開始針對各養牛場進行消毒及病媒蚊撲滅工作；另外，明天將在酪農戶最多的柳營區辦理宣導說明會，宣導為牛隻注射疫苗的重要性。

學運後，林飛帆首度回台南老家，由於他先前也聲援過反台南鐵路東移自救會，面對記者提問對市府處理鐵路地下化的看法，他表示，地下化對於沿線居民衝擊大，他與自救會訴求一樣，市府應召開「具有實質影響力」的聽證會。

說清楚地下化會對房地價、市容地貌、歷史建築等有何影響。當然他駁市府只能開「無實質效益的公聽會」說法，若市府主管機關願意便能開聽證會。他認為最關鍵的問題是，台南市到底是否需要鐵路地下化，除地下化外，還有沒有其他替代方案？如修改、增加交通號誌等來改善交通問題。

林飛帆也說，鐵路地下化不僅只有市府的事，中央主管單位交通部鐵工局、內政部也應負相當責任，勿把市府當發包單位卸責，目前階段是都市審議部分，屬於市府權限，盼市府審慎處理。
