10年來 社會新鮮人薪水掉1成

民視 – 

根據人力銀行統計，2013年社會新鮮人的平均薪資大約3萬元，和13 年前的3萬3相比，打了9折，不過同時期根據主計總處所統計的消費者物價指數卻累積上漲10%，但實際上，剛畢業的社會新鮮人真正的感受卻是，物價是真的上漲，但平均薪資要到3萬，很難達成。

「人兩腳，錢四腳」。這是不少大學剛畢業的社會新鮮人領到薪水後的第一感受。

22歲的周旭昇，畢業前就已經打工，有豐富工作經驗的他，平均薪資大約2萬2到2萬5，但永遠不夠用，因為物價漲幅，薪水始終追不上。

社會新鮮人周旭昇：「像我家巷口的那個（便當店），以前一餐只要6、70元，可是他們就已經漲最多最多，就已經要破百一個便當，現在最便宜也要80元。」

每個月吃和住占最大宗，分別就要6千到8千，薪水去掉一大半，騎摩托車代步，加油也要1千元左右，電話費等雜支也要1、2千，想存錢很難。

事實上，這是大部分社會新鮮人的感受，根據人力公司的統計觀察，2013年22歲到26歲平均薪資大約3萬元，比起13年前的3萬3，打了9折。

但反觀，根據主計總處所統計的消費者物價指數，以2002到2011年間累積上漲大約11%。同時期，薪水打9折，物價卻是像坐上飛快車持續上漲，到今年仍然漲不停。

主計處副處長蔡鈺泰（04.07）：「外食可能就是業者反應成本，這個月比去年同期上漲2.26%，蛋的部分也上漲4.84%，當中雞蛋就漲了5.52%。」

對於這數字，新鮮人說，真實情況更糟糕。

社會新鮮人周旭昇：「我覺得那個3萬元，是美化了這個數字，很少人可以領到3萬元我覺得。」

這幾年，不是便當漲價，就是油電調漲，何時薪水才能跟著漲，恐怕才是這些社會新鮮人最想聽到的吧。(民視新聞 綜合報導)

【動新聞】警局開轟趴　醉女警遭掀衣露胸

桃園公路警察局某分隊常聚在康樂室，飲酒作樂，前年傳出1名女警酒後疑掀衣露胸，疑遭性侵告2名男警性侵；但法官認為，沒人聽見女警求救，證據不足因此判無罪。

今日出版的《蘋果》報導，前年5月，該名女警起床時發現，上衣被拉到露出胸部，下體疑似有被性侵痕跡，指控廖姓及鮑姓學長，接連2天趁她 酒醉之際撿屍性侵、猥褻；有人作證廖男攙扶女警回房僅1分鐘，不可能性侵，法官認為證據不足判2男警無罪。但作證警員描述平日喝酒開趴狂歡景象，偵辦的檢察官驚訝「警察可以這麼爽喔？」（即時新聞中心／綜合報導）
