LINE詐騙猖獗，北市刑大統計3個月就674人受害。澎湖縣警局白沙分局偵查隊則反守為攻，將友人與詐騙集團的LINE對話截成19張圖放在該隊臉書專頁，來呼籲民眾小心假援交真詐騙的新興手法。

由於對話內容有趣，初登場不久還默默無聞的臉書專頁，才半天就有75則分享，網友也讚說警方很用心。

白沙分局偵查隊長歐棟華說，因為分局長非常重視臉書這區塊的宣導，且也發現很多利用Line援交詐騙的案件，所以同仁就利用上網搜尋詐騙集團電話，透過LINE瞭解手法，今天凌晨並將對話截錄下來當成案例，輔以手法解說，希望不要有人再被騙了。（許逸民／澎湖報導）

聯準會（Fed）主席葉倫發表談話，在量化寬鬆（QE）完全退場後，目前的低利率水準仍將維持一段相當的時間，美股受此激勵，除費城半導體指數之外，道瓊等三大指數漲幅都逾1%。分析師也指出，研判在今天台股可望在結束短線台指期結算變數後，恢復正常的節奏。

昨日空頭在尾盤逆襲，多頭要搶灘9,000點的規劃似乎增添了變數，技術面上，原本一根帶量中紅K棒，硬是成了十字線，且留下了長上影線，除非今日成功挑戰9,000點大關，否則5日均線可能會由走平轉為彎頭向下。

今日的觀盤重點是昨天殺尾盤的一些權值股，今日能不能持穩甚至反彈。例如：台積電、國泰金、鴻海、大立光、台達電、聯發科、南亞、台塑等股，尤其是今日要召開法說會的台積電，外資連續二天站在了賣方，而且賣超的力道似乎有增強跡象 ，成為重要的觀察重點。

美股今日凌晨在美國聯準會（Fed）的資金寬鬆論中，再次反彈，法人機構指出，有助台股今日反彈、並挑戰9,000點，不過，需留意的是由於美國企業財報於4月下半旬密集公布，科技股普遍呈現季衰退，將持續干擾美股四大指數維持弱勢震盪格局。

短線台股觀察國內外變數，第一，儘管美國財報利空促使美股明顯修正，惟整體景氣維持復甦格局，待財報利空出盡，可醞釀反彈走勢。第二，近期美元走弱，亞幣走強，包含印度、印尼、巴西、土耳其以及南非等貨幣皆創下今年新高，且新興市場股票基金從年初持續淨流出、但於3月底轉為淨流入，全球資金有從美股流出轉向流入新興市場的跡象，台幣走升亦顯示資金持續流入台股，因此，建議現階段維持逢高獲利了結操作策略，待指數拉回再做積極布局。

經貿國是會議將延至7月召開，工總理事長許勝雄昨（16）日表示，政府需要擬定經貿國是會議具體計畫，再找適當對象討論，「早開還不如找一個好的時機點開」，不能急，但也不要拖，最好不要拖過年中。

行政院原訂6月上旬舉行經貿國是會議，但因參與的企業顧問人選尚待確定，加上希望擴大民眾參與，因此延後召開。全國工業總會昨天舉行會員代表大會，許勝雄會前接受媒體採訪，如上表示。
