小弟近期買了一支Z5 使用三個月送修了三次 平均每個月進廠一次
使用狀況為 啟動器沒有回應 死當 android沒有回應 死當
line沒有回應 死當 送回東訊維修中心也只是重灌軟體 一樣死當
東訊回應他們不能拆機 只有原廠可以 我想說算了
今天打去台北nubia客服 他的回答讓我很傻眼
我跟他說 這支手機我只有灌line單獨一個軟體而已 為什麼會這樣??
他回答說 先生 我沒辦法跟你保證手機跟 android系統的相容性跟衝突
我心中的os....line已經是智慧型手機的必需品了~不然我買智慧型手機幹嘛?
然後講一大堆官方制式的回答給我聽(說話的態度好像一副不干他的事外加敷衍的感覺)
我說那你可以先拿一支替代機給我使用嗎?
送修期間我上網的費用跟沒有電話可以打...你要負責賠償嗎?
他把責任推回東訊叫我自己去找東訊借手機.....
花了一萬多買空機~買來的卻是一肚子氣
小弟已經記取教訓了~下次記得買大廠的手機
花一萬二買的手機~三個月還在保固內 中古手機商收3500
心中的os~ E04!!!
