| 國內機票折扣變大 退票趨嚴

（中央社記者汪淑芬台北23日電）民航局今天說，最快6月初，國內機票折扣將從現在最多7折再降，但退票趨嚴，7折以下機票逾期作廢，並增起飛後退票手續費。
民航局說，國內航空票價今年初調漲，業者願意提供更多優惠票價，但因受退票規定限制，現在最低折扣優惠票只有7折。
民航局與消保單位研商多時，日前定案，民航局也公告新修正的國內線航空乘客運送定型化契約。
民航局說，根據新的規範，業者將會推出7折以下優惠票，但退票規定趨嚴，7折以下優惠票，逾期作廢，不再像現在，所有國內線機票逾期後，仍有1年退票期。
另原本國內線機票退票手續費，優惠票最多是機票價格的25%，依據新的規範，所有優惠票，航班起飛前退票，手續費最多仍是票價25%，7折以上優惠票航班起飛後才退票，手續費最多可達票價的50%。
民航局說，退票趨嚴是讓飛機的座位更能有效利用，讓業者有更大彈性推出更優惠票價，所以各航空公司可在規定上限內，自行決定退票手續費。
至於國內線非優惠票的退票期仍是1年，退票手續費維持票價10%。
民航局說，已請業者提出新票價優惠方案，預計5月初公告，6月初可望實施。1030423
