畜牧沼氣發電 雲林取經泰國

（中央社記者葉子綱雲林縣2014年4月29日電）雲林縣政府今天表示，縣長蘇治芬率團赴泰國，參訪畜禽糞尿沼氣發電情形，認為足供國內尋求替代能源參考。

蘇治芬率雲縣府建設、農業、環保、動植物防疫所等單位人員訪問泰國，拜訪泰國農業部畜牧發展廳，交流農業政策、畜牧產業及廢水處理等。

雲縣府官員轉述，泰國農業部畜牧發展廳簡報指出，從1995年推動牧場糞尿廢棄物再利用，補助沼氣發電硬體設備，提高收購用餘電力價格，間接增加產業收入，也為畜牧汙水尋找出路。

蘇治芬指出，反觀台灣，畜牧業及飼養技術雖較泰國發達，但是在推動畜牧汙水沼氣發電再利用方面，台灣仍處在試驗性補助階段，值得農業及能源部門深思。

陪同參訪的雲林畜牧業者指出，雲林養豬技術很好，但是缺乏處理廢水的專業技術，沼氣中心是處理廢水汙染最好方法，台灣應該效法泰國、歐洲措施，將技術引進台灣。

蘇治芬表示，雲林未能爭取到興建沼氣中心經費是一大遺憾，希望任內能完成沼氣中心規劃，作為日後興建參考，推動豬糞尿再利用，減少汙染環境，讓畜牧廢棄物變黃金。
