針對部分 2013 年 3 月以前製造的 Apple iPhone 5 電源鍵出現停止運作或時好時壞的問題，蘋果 4/25 公布了維修更換方案。蘋果表示，電源鍵有問題的 iPhone 5 消費者，可至官方網站輸入 iPhone 5 序號以確認是否符合召修資格，接著在 5 月 2 日起，將 iPhone 5 攜至「原購買國家 / 地區」特約 Apple 授權維修中心進行檢查與確認，才會繼續更換程序。維修前請先將資料備份資料至 iTunes 或 iCloud、關閉「尋找我的 iPhone」功能、清除手機資料和設定，並拆下保護套。同時，若送修的 iPhone 5 內建的是 iOS 6 作業系統，完成維修後會升級至 iOS 7。 另外，若消費者過去已就相同問題至特約 Apple 授權維修中心付費更換按鍵，蘋果將會退回該款項。

核四爭議牽動國內綠色能源發展，屏東縣太陽能年發電量逾一億度，但台電最近以「饋線容量不足」為由，回絕許多太陽能光電申請案，地方人士擔心太陽能光電發展因此受阻。

屏縣府城鄉發展處長李吉宏指出，太陽能光電裝置靠饋線把電送到台電，但台電鋪設饋線屢生抗爭，民眾視嫌惡設施，若不化解疑慮，太陽能發電可能因此遇上瓶頸。

「會發電的屋頂要怎麼裝？」核四爭議期間，屏縣府或太陽能系統商頻有民眾詢問申裝太陽能光電，目前屏東縣太陽能光電裝置容量達81MW（百萬瓦），每年發電一億餘度，以每戶每月350度的用電量估算，約是兩萬多戶一年的用電量，沒想到台電卻出了一道難題。

以位於莫拉克災區的養水種電區為例，原本申請25MW，因饋線容量不足，目前僅23.4MW。最近縣長信箱湧入不少投訴，希望台電和縣府快想辦法解決。

由於饋線建設受阻，台電最近退回許多太陽能光電申裝案，連縣府的案子也卡住。縣府說，原本還要申請第二期養水種電區，目標100MW ，因饋線不足動不了，相當頭痛。

縣府表示，去年起多次向台電反映，今年初也行文經濟部能源局希望協助解決，迄今沒有答案，只能乾著急。

法務部昨天一口氣執行五死囚死刑，五人伏法前多表現得平靜，部分被害人家屬還說，「處決了，總算有個交代」。

四十九歲的花蓮死囚戴文慶，人生一半都在監獄度過。昨天他如常誦經念佛，下午平靜走上囚車，似乎早有心理準備。

戴文慶在花蓮看守所待了十多年，等待執行期間皈依佛門，多半時間靠書法和繪畫度過，最後一幅是潑墨山水畫。他生前曾簽立器官捐贈同意書，但花蓮慈濟醫院表示「事前沒接到通知，也沒受死者委託或代理」，且槍決死囚在腦死判定尚有爭議，無法執行摘除器官手術。

台中死囚劉炎國十七年前槍殺警員陳志源、婦人鍾惠美，被判死刑定讞，去年寫信給法務部長羅瑩雪，希望「早日執行死刑，還兩名死者公道」。台中監獄副典獄長趙崇智說，劉平靜地走到行刑室，執行檢察官劉家芳為他念了十多遍往生咒，劉炎國抽了一根菸，喝了三小杯高粱酒後執行。

杜明郎、杜明雄兄弟恩將仇報，殺害收留他們的廣東台商葉明義，葉妻昨晚平靜地說，「終於可告慰丈夫在天之靈」。她說，唯一遺憾是，杜姓兄弟仍否認犯案，也未交代作案過程。兩兄弟一審獲判無罪步出法庭時曾向葉妻嗆聲「判無罪，妳要怎樣！妳沒我的辦法，沒罪就是沒罪。」葉妻當時快崩潰，衝上前要打他們，這一幕她至今忘不了。

杜姓兄弟昨晚聽聞要執行槍決，滿臉錯愕，多年來兩人關在不同房舍，卻在槍決前一刻重逢，兩人似乎格外珍惜這一刻，抽菸閒聊十分鐘，並對飲一杯高粱酒，但沒吃獄方準備的雞腿便當。

美國蒙大拿州一名高中教師，在2008年性侵一名14歲女學生，僅被判監30天，引起公眾嘩然，最高法院周三推翻判刑，另定日期再量刑。

據英國《每日郵報》報導，蘭博德(Stacey Dean Rambold)在2008年性侵莫拉萊斯(Cherice Moralez)罪成，去年被輕判監禁30日。地方法官巴赫(G. Todd Baugh)當時解釋，蘭博德形容受害人似乎比她實際年紀成熟，明白當時情況，並應負部份責任，最終蘭博德只須服刑30日。但莫拉萊斯卻在2010年案件審訊期間自殺身亡。

最高法院周三裁定，巴赫量刑過輕，推翻他的判刑，將由新法官重新量刑。檢察官原來要求判蘭博德監禁至少4年。（施旖婕／綜合外電報導）
