老董牽手郭董 成立中華老董 搶進大陸市場

台灣知名牛肉麵店老董牛肉麵，攜手鴻海集團 (2317) 共同成立中華老董公司，未來將進駐鴻海大陸生產基地富士康員工餐廳，同時也將搶攻大陸內需市場。

老董牛肉麵董事長劉正雄表示，中華老董公司目前資本額及股權結構尚未決定，但未來將從鴻海在大陸較大的廠房，如深圳龍華廠、河南鄭州廠開始設立中央廚房，供應員工團膳伙食。

劉正雄指出，因在郭董的婚禮宴客菜單上提供牛肉麵而熟識郭董，由於老董牛肉麵目前積極擴張大陸佈局，同時在製程技術的突破，免冷凍即可保存逾1年的牛肉麵常溫包全新上市，並已進入香港伴手禮市場。

劉正雄表示，目前老董牛肉麵在中國上海有3家門市，隨著鴻海集團深圳、鄭州廠之後，老董牛肉麵將先從團膳市場切入，加速擴大在中國佈局版圖。

劉正雄強調，旗下產品日前獲得海洋大學食品研究所技術奧援，在製程上獲得重大突破，將以新技術常溫包產品，搶進市場，目前透過香港免稅店集團，已進入香港伴手禮市場，未來將優先導入香港、澳門及深圳等7家免稅商店門市，估計月銷10萬包，年銷120萬包以上，挹注營收逾1億元以上。

由於全美處決使用的毒劑短缺，奧州29日為36歲殺人犯死囚洛基特(Clayton Lockett)執行死刑時，首次使用新研發的毒劑，結果導致痛苦掙扎，折磨43分鐘才心臟病發而死。奧州官員30日忙著調查到底那裡出了差錯。

州長瑪莉‧法林 (MaryFallin)指定閣員進行徹底檢討，展開立場超然的調查，化驗死囚遺體，以確定死因。她下令下一個死刑延後14天執行。

在華府，白宮發言人卡尼說奧州的死刑執行手法拙劣。他說：「即使死刑有理，我國對處決人犯有基本的標準，必須以人道方式為之。我想，每個人都承認，這個處決不符合標準。」他說，白宮將深入了解此事。

紐約時報指出，這個事件勢將引起激辯，各州到底有沒有能力執行符合憲法第八修正案規定 (不得處以非常殘酷的刑罰)的死刑？今日美國報說，奧州拙劣處決死囚案，將對死刑程序產生深遠影響。

美國公民自由聯盟 (ACLU)奧克拉荷馬分會說：「處決洛基特像是急就章的人體科學實驗。」它要求死刑程序增加透明度。
