【棒球大裁判】 中華職棒規則補述＿3.02 【 牽制動作之規定】 【棒球大裁判】 中華職棒規則補述＿3.02 【牽制動作之規定】 (G)如果投手站在投手板上傳球給位於一壘前或後方的一壘手， 但顯然不是為了要讓一壘跑者出局，違者【依棒球規則】8.05(H)： 投手做無必要之拖延比賽，判定投手犯規。 然而如果投手在此狀況直接傳球到一壘則不違規。 亦注意如果投手企圖讓二、三壘的跑壘員出局， 並傳球給位於壘前或壘後的野手時並不構成違規(此項規定僅限於對一壘及三壘)。 【參考美國職棒大聯盟裁判手冊7.05(A)】 總而言之：在一三壘有人的情況下不能使用假牽制喔。 羅國華假牽制，判定投手犯規。 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Llw690oX9tY

我的電腦是APPLE的桌上型電腦 我有在買的時候安裝他那邊的WIN7 是他們人員幫我安裝的
我再win7 裡面下載LOL 英雄聯盟來玩 買次到更新的時候都會故障卡住
重新安裝好幾次 修復 安裝檔都無法解決 後來有一次問客ˋ福他們說要看路徑
點我下載好會跑到桌面的LOL圖是那個 點資料夾路徑 他就跑到
C巢的C:\Program Files (x86)Garena Plus

這個是LOL的預設路徑 可是我下載時確定都沒有更改路徑
到底是怎麼回事阿? 買次更新都這樣 每次都重新下載一次也不是辦法吧?

| 綠桃園市長初選 鄭文燦出線拚吳志揚

年底桃園市長選舉競爭，將重演四年前吳志揚與鄭文燦的對決戲碼。民進黨中央上午公布黨內桃園市長初選結果，前新聞局長鄭文燦確定勝出，將代表民進黨參選桃園縣升格為直轄市的首屆市長選舉。
出席民調結果公佈記者會的民進黨秘書長林錫耀表示，由於有意參選者前立委鄭寶清、彭紹瑾和鄭文燦經過協調後，在4月30日晚間進行民調，分別與現任桃園縣長吳志揚進行對比式民調，3家民調的結果都是鄭文燦超前其他競爭者，未來將提交中執會完成提名程序。
林錫耀說，鄭文燦的民調落後吳志揚在10個百分點之內。民進黨參選人落後挑戰連任的縣市長，且桃園傳統都是藍大於綠，能夠有這樣的民調成績，成果相當不錯，黨籍候選人在這場選戰，有相當的機會可以一搏。
在桃園市長人選定案後，民進黨年底七合一的縣市長部分，僅剩金門縣、連江縣、新竹縣市、台北市、花蓮縣，參選人還沒有確定。

（中央社記者王鴻國新北市30日電）新北市長朱立倫今天證實獲總統馬英九告知希望他接任副主席、反映民意；朱立倫說，此舉只是盼黨平台更為順暢，與未來的2016無關。
朱立倫今天上午受訪時說，兼任黨主席的總統馬英九是昨天傍晚告知，希望幾位直轄市長接任副主席後能反映民意。
他表示，馬總統在電話中強調黨遇到很多困難，希望市長們能集思廣益，共同在黨內反映基層聲音。
媒體詢及是否有接班梯隊的意味？朱立倫表示，黨內原本就有倫理的規範，「如何安排，我不清楚」。
但他表示，黨是平台，希望讓平台在協調行政立法及中央地方上能更順暢，與未來的2016無關。
朱立倫說，他未來在反映民意上的角色不會改變，不管在黨內或在市政，仍會扮演一樣的角色。1030430
