楚天金報報導，武漢地鐵四號線青嘴魚站、岳家嘴站等多個地鐵站，近來出現一幅九宮格圖示，內有禁止抽菸、攜帶寵物、丟垃圾、隨地便溺等內容。但其中禁止隨地便溺的圖示裡，在疑似便溺的男子旁卻印上一把剪刀，引發不少網民討論。

報導說，有網民評論，圖示很「詼諧幽默，很親民」，也有網民認為「低俗和惡趣」。報導引述余姓設計人的話說，那張禁止隨地便溺的設計，只是一種「網絡化和年輕化的表達方式」，比較誇張和有趣，但並非惡趣。

上市櫃公司現金減資家數持續增加，繼中光電（5371）、森鉅（8942）等電子廠商宣布第3季執行現金減資後，華晶科（3059）也跟進，總計今年以來已有13家上市櫃公司宣布現金減資，估計每股退回投資人約1至4元不等。

法人指出，由於上市櫃公司辦理現金減資具有資本額減少，可提升每股盈餘、每股淨值及投資報酬率等優勢，一般公司宣布減資到執行，若再搭配營運利多消息，股價多半都會出現正面的激勵效果。權證發行商建議，投資人可用權證布局這些個股。

中光電2月董事會決議通過辦理減資案，預計減資金額18.1億元，減資比率25%。中光電首季由於受到淡季出貨減少，與平板電腦客戶庫存調整影響，合併營收季減7%，但較去年同期成長21%，稅後純益4.75億元，EPS 0.63元。

今年中光電主要受惠美系品牌平板電腦供貨比重提高，以及來自於電視背光模組接單加溫等兩大動能，全年營收及獲利預期均可望呈現年增兩位數幅度。

森鉅今年營運獲利穩定成長，帳上現金已達20億元，為避免資金閒置，同時為提高股東權益報酬率與每股盈餘，因此擬辦理現金減資，減資執行日預訂在今年第3季生效。

華晶科日前宣布減資三成，估計退還股東每股現金3元；營運面則漸入佳境，首季每股稅後純益0.22元，不但轉虧為盈，也創下六季以來新高。

國泰綜合證券金融商品部表示，對減資行情有興趣的投資人，可擇點以權證布局。由於減資的執行，權證條件都會完全反映，投資人不用擔心權利受影響；如果股價真有行情啟動，投資人也可以權證獲得以小搏大的優勢。
