喬治亞州1名父親今年6月上班時將1歲10個月大的兒子留在車上，導致兒子悶死，這名父親今天遭到大陪審團以惡意謀殺等8項罪名起訴，最高將處以死刑。

今年6月18日，33歲的哈里斯（Justin RossHarris）開車上班，卻將兒子獨自留在車上長達7小時，導致兒子在炎熱天氣下悶死。哈里斯從事發之初便向警方聲稱此案純屬意外，但檢警調查發現，哈里斯是預謀殺子。

喬治亞州柯布郡（Cobb County）法院大陪審團今天以惡意謀殺、重罪謀殺、一級虐待兒童罪等共計8項罪名起訴哈里斯。其中惡意謀殺（malice murder）罪名如果成立，最高將處以死刑。

起訴書指出，哈里斯故意將年僅1歲10個月大的兒子留在兒童安全座椅，關在溫度極高的車內，讓孩子承受嚴重身體痛苦，最後導致死亡。

檢方指出，哈里斯婚姻出軌，希望展開沒有小孩的新生活，曾經上網搜尋「車子溫度多高才能讓孩童死亡」等資料。

店家名稱：卷卷人手作捲餅 消費時間：2014年9月 地址：高雄市三民區中山一路325巷4號（高雄火車站前） 價位：35~45元 交通：台鐵「高雄火車站」、高雄捷運「高雄車站」下車 時間：11:30~21:00 電話：0963-909290 圖文網誌版：http://ajaysblog.pixnet.net/blog/post/189118309 -本文開始- 高雄車站前的補習街巷弄內總是有不少美食，這家「卷卷人手作捲餅」算是最近發現的，他位在巷弄內的巷弄，可以說是超隱密的地方，不過這邊平常也有不少學生人潮，不至於是個偏僻的地方，只是一般民眾要來就得留意一下囉！ 卷卷人，很特別的名字，燈箱上面有兩個可愛的卡通老頭，難道他們就是捲捲人？不過負責料理的卻是兩個年輕的老闆娘，總之，這兒是販賣手做捲餅的地方。 地上有一面菜單，上頭口味有鹹有甜，一般來說，我們吃捲餅都是去一些北方麵食館，然後有牛肉和豬肉捲餅之類的口味，這兒則是有很多特殊口味的捲餅，看起來算是異國風味吧！另外甜口味的捲餅我也是前所未見，會像貓城印度餅的口味那樣嗎？ 店家的工作台是木造的，然後中間有一個鐵盤，一次約可以做兩份，所以人一多也是蠻需要等待的，不過點家有放置不少的小東西，可以趁這個時候來拍拍照。 製作的流程也有一貫的流程，先煎餅皮，然後擺放餡料，灑上醬料，最後直接捲起裝包。 「招牌嘎拋豬」 第一次吃就先來了個招牌口味，看名字就感覺是泰式的口味，老闆娘有事先提醒會有點辣，吃過之後感覺，真的有辣。 餅皮跟一般北方麵食的餅皮比起來其實是比較偏軟的，我覺得可能是還煎上一塊蛋皮的關係，讓他稍微有種蛋餅的感覺，內餡的豬肉很嫩很不錯吃，另外還有洋蔥和九層塔，整體味道很重吃起來還蠻過癮的，而且味道真的很香。 捲餅近拍，捲餅真的很難拍，所以抱歉無法呈現什麼好畫面了。 後記，這家的捲餅，表現出個人的特色，好吃又平價，下次還想吃其他的口味，有機會經過這兒的朋友也可以吃吃看哦！ -- 圖文網誌版：http://ajaysblog.pixnet.net/blog/post/189118309 -- 阿捷的打飯班 http://ajaysblog.pixnet.net/blog -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 114.33.204.103 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Food/M.1409849672.A.05B.html
